Wonderful looking recipe. You did an awesome job on explaining it. I'm trying to recreate a dish similar to this that I got at a burger joint called "Paradise Bar & Grill" in Arlington, Texas. They've went out of business, but it was something like this. But, the potatoes were cubed at the first and had their skins pealed. I think they had parsley and italian seasoning on them. Boy, were they good. We ate them by dunking them in ketchup. So, I'm trying to recreate it, because I just can't anyone online who is making the recipe or knows how to do it. Also, they were a slight bit fried or maybe just crisped. Anyway, thanks for helping with some ideas.

Hello! We’re planning to cook this recipe for The New Year’s but i just have some questions: 1. Can we possibly cook this on Dec 30 then pre heat it the next day? Will the sauce/taste stay the same even preheated on the microwave? 2. We’re planning to cook a slight bigger batch of potatoes than this, should we add more butter and garlic or just stay with this measurement? Hope you can answer this looks delicious thank you!
Yes you can just reheat it the next day and it will still taste good. You can add more butter and garlic if wish to as long as you are using unsalted butter and just add more salt when needed.
I would urge y'all to let the garlic cook in a slight bit off butter tell golden brown before adding the full abount of butter... it really makes the flovour pop and give it a nice colour

We always cook baby potatoes too!! We add tons of garlic, chopped celery and beef knorr cubes tho, and then garlic mayo for the sauce. it's bussin.
