Islam in Indonesia is very different from Islam in Middle East countries or South Asian countries. Here, Islam is more tolerant and even welcoming towards all differences of thought, understanding and even faith. Is everything 100% like that, of course not, sorry to say, the geopolitics of the western world creates divisions, whether in matters of faith/belief, ideology or economics system, Instead, they put in the hard liner of everything, even for a belief, they orchestrated radical groups that would divide the power of a country.. We know about that.. The wrong ways they do only goal is to weaken other country that is considered increasingly dominant. What I am talking about here is foreign policy, not people from western countries in general. Because to dominate the world in many aspects, the western world always sees the need to weaken other parties in order to appear more advanced and successful. That mindset is so different in most countries in Asia, especially Southeast Asia, where the aspect of togetherness in order to progress and grow together is prioritized in advancing countries that help each other, take care of each other and look more from the perspective of similarities than differences. Because we understand that looking from a negative perspective will result in decisions that have negative energy too. Thanks to reacted this video. 🙏
Fasting in Ramadan is not only stop for eating from the Sunrise to the Sunset but also we need to control our psychological activities like controlling our emotional temper and not talking useless about people & other things.. stop doing bad habits is recommended acts in Ramadan because in this month The God will give us full forgiveness & erase all of the sin that we have before.. Unlike in Christianity, sins can be atoned for through by a priest in the church. In Islam, sins are atoned for by one's own self actions through good deeds and Ramadan is one of the occasions to atone for sins. But we need to full all the challenges tasks ramadhan and the prize for this is blessing, forgiveness and of course eternal life in the heaven in the next chapter of our life after we leave the world ( die ) that's how we believe our first life in this earth is only a while it's not more than 80 or maximum maybe a 100 years old but the true life for us is in the next life chapter after die.. For this we need to be a good person in this earth for to have a good position in eternal life heaven ( the life that with no worries or problem, just happy things happens at the Heaven )

Regarding to your question on how do we, as Muslims, feel at the end of Ramadhan, I would comment as follows:
1. Sad. Because the holy month is full of blessings and "baraqah". Every good deed done, any acts of worship or kindness, gifts to charity, prayers performed, during this month, with sincerity, for the pleasure of the Almighty, He has promised multiple folds in merits for the doer n those involved. It's a huge gift n blessing from God, especially for our souls now and later in the hereafter.
Happy. Because God, Himself has granted us 2 moments of joy for those who fast. One is when one breaks his/her fast during 'iftar' at sunset. Another is during Eid Fitr celebrations, marking the end of Ramadhan. On 1st day of Eid, fasting is forbidden, we are encouraged to celebrate and show gratitude for all the blessings, repent n seek forgiveness for our past sins n misdeeds from God n also from people whom we might have wronged or offended. To visit n reach out and strengthen family bonds, friendships and community ties. Its a moment of spiritual rejoicing n renewing to a better self. ....Salam n cheers from Singapore 😊

And for other, they feel free, cuz they can clean their sin in that month
And about helmet, actualy we have to use it, but some people think, when we drive in short ways, we dont realy need it, especially went no police around
For the moped question, yes it's mandatory, but the sheer amount of people riding motorbikes means sometimes lazy people who don't wear them will appear, and not all of them can be caught by the police.
For us Ramadan is a month of challenge bro the God will give bless and forgiveness to us but if we can passed and complete the Ramadan challenge activities for 30 day. With doing rules and positive mindset tasks.. In 12 month of life in a year we have 11 month of hardworking in daily day we have do create sins from doing social interaction and the 12 month Ramadan is month of correction / introspection and just a special month for getting closer to the God.

To answer your random question, yes, its mandatory to wear helmet on the moped/scooter/motorcycle. At least in bigger size or public roads. If the police caught you with no helmet on, be ready to be fined. When you come to indonesia and see with your own eyes the motorcycling culture and how important those bikes are as a mean of transportation, you would understand why the hassle of wearing one.
