I think using that same logic would be more applicable to not getting married, and therefore not having children. Not to get married and stop life coming from your intimacy.

There are reasons for family planning?", "Can I afford to have children?", "Is it something I want?" "Is it the right time?" "How many can I afford?" and these are logical questions that couples should asked them selves and you really do not have to have children to complete a marriage. There are economic reason to have children and there are economic reason not to have children. Children are a major responsibility and can be an economic stress.

      Hi brother/ sister,
      Please consider this:
The reason birth control is sinful has to do with God's design for sex
God made sex for two purposes namely for procreative purposes and unitive purposes (meaning to deepen the love and bond between the spouses)
However one must never separate the procreative purposes of sex from it's unitive purposes because God never intended for the two to be separate. For every act in marriage to be chaste it must meet both the procreative and unitive purposes of sex.
Let's take IVF for example: it's procreative but it's not unitive because there is no sexual union which takes place between the spouses which bonds them together. Therefore it's not within God's will because it separates the procreative purposes of sex from it's unitive purposes.
Birth control does the opposite of IVF. The sexual union takes place but it's closed off to procreation thereby rendering the act sterile. So birth control separates the sexual union from it's procreative purposes.
Let's take BDSM as another example. It is possible for BDSM to be procreative but hitting, choking, tying up your spouse during sex does not bond you together so it's non unitive and therefore BDSM should also not be practiced in a Christian marriage because it also separates the procreative from the unitive.
Unnatural sexual acts are all non procreative and non unitive so it's not within God's design.
Not saying God wants us to conceive every time we have sex but we should at least be open to life resulting from that act so if it is impossible that a baby could result from the act you are doing or it's contraceptive then it's wrong.
People can look up natural family and use that (with good reason) instead of condoms, birth control and artificial contraceptives if they wish to space out having children.
      God bless!

To fulfill one of these desires without fulfilling the other desire is NOT a sin.
To create offspring without having the desire to create offspring is the real sin!

@@peterblock6964 Its actually pretty simple. If you want to have sex, get married and have kids. If you don't want kids, then don't get married. Seems pretty simple. Sex is the action, children are the consequence. You don't have a right to an action and ignore the consequences. Try again.

    • @peterblock6964
      @peterblock6964 4 года назад +2

      NO, @@mosesking2923,
We were created with two completely independent desires: the pleasure of sex, and the desire to be parents.
These two desires are completely unrelated as far as desire is concerned.
Yes, fulfilling the desire for sex can result in offspring, but it doesn't result in the desire to be a parent or even the desire to have offspring.
That should be obvious to anyone who uses their God given brains and thinks.
Some people have the desire to be parents and/or the desire to have offspring.
Those are also two independent desires.
It's actually quite common for people to have the desire for offspring without the slightest desire to be parents.
If you do not have both the desire for offspring AND the desire to be a parent you should NOT become a parent.
To do so merely because you are willing to pay that price for having sex is a genuine SIN.
To have sex while using precautions to prevent pregnancy is NOT a sin.
Using birth control is not ignoring consequences.
It is acknowledging potential consequences and mitigating them if unwanted.
You are an irrational religious fanatic and criminally insane to demand prison sentences for using birth control.

    • @mosesking2923

Peter Block simply incorrect and unbiblical. You don’t have a right to the things that you desire without consequence. Making birth control illegal is simply logical. I’ll settle for banning abortion first. If you don’t want to be a parent, then don’t have sex. Simple.
