I just wanna say this to all who is trying this pose: Please be careful. Stretch and train beforehand, the shoulder is notorious for getting fucked easily so if you are not used to training and try this you will probably hurt yourself. BUT, if you take it slowly and with patience you can make it safetly-
@@astral8044 I totally forgot about the wrist too. If you are a fit person without any wrist o forearm issues (like carpal tunnel) it you *should* be fine. Maybe you could use some kind of small ball or something to make more of a "fist/punch" grip, instead of laying your hand flat, but honestly this kind stuff is just to show off so it usually comes with potential joint risks.

Glad to see u are still grinding i ve been out of training for 2 months because ive been very sick and more recently my dad passed away but i am not giving up i will get back to training as soon as i can and i will reach my goals so please keep inspiring me and make more tutorials
DAMN. To be able to hold ones entire body weight AND maintain balance with just one arm. Thats hella impressive and takes a lot of building up. As someone who took 2 months to fully perfect the kazotsky kick, i know the need for strength, stamina, and good balance is so crucial and gakes time. Great job homie, keep it up.
I've perfected the kick under a month when I was in highschool after that......I've let myself go...cant maintain form and last for more than a minute now.

@@eliteghost0001 all his body weight is rested on his shoulder ad not in a way the shoulder is adapted to. A regular push up uses both arms. Maybe even his elbow can get hurt. But i dont want to sound like if im saying this is useless or stupid, just pointing out something i thought.
