AWS + Devops how much persent % i need to learn Linux 20% to 50% enough... or more required...?

You need to know Linux on very high levels to be devops engineer, as everything you do is in Linux and about Linux
Also you need to know scripting especially shell and bash
AWS usually is about 20-25% of your work description and other tools for automation like ansible, Jenkins, terraform you learn as you go.
But Linux is your bread and butter in any devops position
Also networking and storage knowledge helps a lot so learn TCP/IP
