This is so clever! My son is a corporate exec for Twitter. I did this dessert for his birthday and he was stunned. He sent pics of it into his office and it was totally enjoyed by his staff! Thank you for this demo!!

Holy... Ann I used to watch this so much, and I was just trying to find my childhood favourite videos today when I found this. I didn't know it was you who made this, but thank you, this was a video of my childhood even though I had no idea what twitter was, and I knew that my mum would not make this.
not only are your desserts incredibly visually appealing, they actually look like they taste heavenly (from the ingredients you're using). a lot of of other people seem to use too much cream and butter in their desserts, where eventually a cake looks nice but doesn't really taste nice. wonderful!

It's because shes from Australia. She probly thinks we pronounce it weird!
Dominic De Toro yeah i understand that. But it makes me cringe every time. I just sat there confused on what she tried to say. Then i was like. Aluminum. And i sat there just staring at a paused video. I find it strange how much i hate it.
She actually pronounces it correctly.. it's an American alteration of the English language to say "aluminum" leaving out the i at the end (the word actually ends in "ium" like other metals such as magnesium or titanium) If you say the names of other metals this way it should become obvious that "aluminum" is in fact incorrect.

greekgodess12 It's my understanding that the orange yolks are from free range chickens that are fed grass. Unfortunately, in the US most commercial eggs come from confined/caged chickens fed corn.
TheMelJ2 The one's in the US are a very pale yellow color when beaten, not the intense, almost-orange color you see in the video.
