How much are the taxes on a home like this.. yearly?
$6.15 per $1,000 assessed value for owner occupant. Plus owner occupants get exemptions off the assessed value. Investor rate is $11.10 per $1,000 assessed value. We usually find that the County assesses anywhere from 5-25% under market for these higher end houses.
