After watching Enis for many years , two things really stand out. The interior design of this home is trying to be too many things at once, it's chaotic. The second is that some stagers need to learn ,less is more.
The stagers need to find another job, lmao, they just have random stuff lying around. On the house itself, that raw concrete is a problem, it is NOT going to age well.
tour was great. keep it up. altough... the house has some tweeks to work out such as the random step in the second floor family room. and the swim under bridge. they do not feel safe.
Decor, theme and materials usage is tasteful. But the layout. Its a little toooooo complicated. Like why is the formal dining room so secret. Similarly too many ramps around the house. Useless ups and downs. I love love love the views and windows and the entire decor theme though.
this is a nice home but I find there are too many unnecessary elevation changes everywhere. That bridge on the 2nd floor foyer feels like an afterthought and just added in afterwards. The office does not need to be elevated. The backyard also has a lot of elevation changes that could just have been flat and flush at the design or build phase. very nice materials though.
What is there in this house that is all-caps CANADIAN? Modern architecture may be nice to some, especially when backed by lots of money, but it is rootless and does not denote a particular place, history or people by design.
The home is located in Canada, that in itself is enough to call it Canadian. Also, Canadian designers have really help contribute to modern architecture design which makes this home not rootless.
