Love it I love simple and unique homes this home it feels it go's with me my dream home and my dream moving to Hawaii love it I don't stop watching it over and over
Even though I wish I could move from California to Maui sadly I'll never live in a place like this. Blessed are the people who can. Beautiful home guess I can always dream.
Beautiful home, but if you google map it, the property sits directly next to an auto junkyard. Don’t know if that has changed since the satellite image was taken four years ago.
Thanks taking the time to look closer at the homes location! There is definitely not an auto junkyard next door. I think what you are seeing is a satellite image from covid when the lot was used to store excess rental cars, those cars are no longer there. The lot adjacent to the property is currently vacant and it is also for sale for $2.7M. It could be a great opportunity to expand this beautiful estate even more.
Jesse, this is ok. And when there was just kiawe trees and that long Beach it was better. Way before arrived from the frozen north of Canada. You'll sell it to someone with $$$$
I wouldn’t invest or buy any home near the ocean on an island especially in Hawaii not with all the erosion and ocean rise due to climate change. Eventually your home will end up in the ocean.
They said that 56 years ago. You would think they'd be prepared and have a solution. On the Great Lakes they put seawalls up. Even back in the early 50's. Erosions only now in small areas. It hits certain areas on Oahu. Islands should certainly have a plan. It's an "Act of God" isn't it ⁉️🤙
If whoever buys it, turns it into a B&B, I would be interested in staying there. It is so beautiful and so much more private than some big hotel. Perfect for a return visit. Thanks for the tour.
A little piece of Magic and Tranquillity. Absolutely Lovely! 🌿🌺🍃🤙🏼
That was so enjoyable. Thank you!
Love it! Great tour 😊
Exquisite home, Jesse!
Yes it is! Thank you.
Nice property...wish I could afford it... gorgeous views...nice entertainment seating area. Sweet pool and great upstairs and downstairs.
Beautiful. Just about $8M over my budget.
😂8.1 over mine.
Just invest in tax liens 😊
$8.7 over mine 🤣🤣
A beautiful home.
This is by far the best home touring video I’ve ever seen… 🥂

Gorgeous
Thank you.
Great video.
Stunning! Is that the fish pond nearby with the stone wall going into the ocean?
Your real estate website isn’t updating new listings. Thanks again.
Yes, I have technical support working on it since yesterday. Thanks for letting me know though!!!

Doesn’t appear to be rentals….parked on grass. I’d want a soils report.
RESORTS ON BOTH SIDES OF THIS HOUSE AND A VERY BUSY ROAD BEHIND IT AND ON THE BEACH.
Are there any laws or restrictions that would prevent someone from making this a Bed and Breakfast or similar income producing property?
Is it a double wide lot? Who owns the property South, next to you ?
The lot on the south side is also for sale for $2.7M. The lot on the north side is owned by the county.
Is the property between the house and the ocean part of the estate?
The property in front is owned by the county of Maui.
Thank you. @@JesseGWald

What happens to the view when a hotel is build on the land between the house and the ocean?
That parcel is owned by Maui County. It is zoned Park. No hotels or homes allowed.
Haha, I was thinking I'd pay a million for it then saw the actual listing price. Real Estate prices in this country are ridiculous.
Buyers set the prices... Someone is willing to pay somewhere in the ball park of the asking price.
Ugly cabinets
Thanks for the feedback Larry.

That is what is so great about this property. It is set back far enough from the ocean that erosion and sea level rise is no a concern.

Congrats on the listing Jesse. Very exciting for your new homeowners.
