Hey Mr T, this video is 2 years old today (Dec 2024) and I need a backup camera and this looks awesome. But it is now 2 years of you using it. So the $64,000 Question for you is: Is this thing still working great? Would you buy it again? and would you recommend it to me after 2 years of using this? Thank you so much!
I bought this unit but don't want to have the cable running to my cigarette lighter inside the cabin of my 2003 mercedes 240C. is there a way of wiring it to a switched fuse to power the unit only when the car is running? I already tried cuting the lighter adapter off and runing it to a fuse block inside the car but all the fuses had constant power and the
thought about that but was hoping for a cleaner install...i'm thinking now that I have to run a wire through the firewall into the engine fuse panel and tap off the cigarette lighter fuse but that's a bit of work...
Great video! Any insights on how safe this device is in hot summers ? I'm a bit concerned about the lithium ion battery catching fire in extreme temperatures ?
Thinking about ordering one since I purchased a new travel trailer. I noticed in the demo your screen was cutting out and there was severe lag. Is that the case with these cameras?

@@chuckkashak you should not have a problem
Great video, nice camera, can see where that would come in handy

@@mr.tennessee thanks! I need a backup camera for the truck as well. Can I add this camera to the existing 5” monitor from the backup camera?
@@bansheerider619 I don’t think so.
Is there one that works forward and back.
That one doesn’t but there are some out there that do. Someone has sent me one I have to go find the email they want me to do a review on.
How does it work within an aggressive car wash?
It should be just fine
Great video
Thanks
For the price, it shouldn't lag, and lose connection like that.
Won’t people steal it?
Use bolts. That’s the only thing I can think of.
It's probably 2-3 FPS how it's good. !!!!
It works great. Thinking about putting it on my trailer.
