Just a little FYI about the camera install on the bike rack, That's also were you are suppose to have your license plate. It's actually illegal to obstruct the view of the license plate in many states.
Definitely true, technically it is here but I’ve been driving with bike racks of securing my plates for the last 20 years and I’ve never had an issue. Maybe I’m just driving on borrowed time though….
You mention the camera can be on all of the time while driving, not just for the permitted 90 seconds. How do you set it to stay on to monitor behind, as on a trailer?
Thanks for the video. I hope you make next video with the trailer soon as I would like to see how this unit does going down the road. I just bought a motorcycle trailer and was looking to buy this one. I know it's a backup camera but I would like to use it also as a "rear view camera" going down the road.
Well done, thanks. I think even a novice like me can install this. One question...will this work on a Jeep Wrangler JK that has the license plate eccentrically placed under the left backup/brake light?
Thanks for your video. Can one monitor accept signals from both a front and rear wireless camera? Maybe the older style with the separate push button actuator. A button for both front and rear. Pushing them On and Off as needed? Thx
Thank you. Finally found easy installation video. But it could be better if you start trying to reverse back little bit and shows us how it work.how close you go and it give you warning signal. Thanks
If your using the solar panel, the antenna is built into the cap to the panel. There’s nothing special you have to do with it, but either the cap, or the panel needs to be inserted for it to work.
Pretty handy toy for those without a backup camera... 👏👏👏👏
Made a huge difference with the bike rack as well!
Love the Supra. Old School. Great Video.
Thanks!!!
Excellent video. Thanks. Just what I want for my C6 Corvette or '35 Chrysler Airflow.
Thanks! You’ve got good taste in cars too!
Very informative video nice job. Video answered all my questions.
Thank you!
Great Review... Getting it.

We're working on it right now (got a little delayed with a mountain bike crash)

It should work fine, I’ve actually moved this camera to my trailer in a similar location.
@@DoItYourselfDad Thanks, I ordered the camera from AMAZON using your link 30 minutes ago.
I wish number plates came off the vehicle in the UK. As easy as they do on American cars.
Very detailed thanks

Yes, you can simultaneously sync it up to two cameras.
Can't find the solar panel anywhere. Pleas help. Do you have to have a solar panel? Thanks

These are cameras, they do not have warning signals, they just show what’s behind you.
That end plug on the camera…. Does that mean it can’t charge and transmit at the same time?
If you replace that plug with the solar panel, the solar panels plug has the same antenna built-in to it.
just a quick question can i use my after market radio that has the rear camera option instead of using the monitor?
I don’t think you can on this camera
Can this camera be used on a 2004 Grand Cherokee? Can it be used on older cars too?
It can be used on any car.
Hi, where’s your link for the cheaper model please

You said the cap is the antenna, but you didn't say how it's used.

SUPRA!!!!!!!
the install BLOCKS the Plate lights... you can get pulled over by the cops for that...just ask me how I know.
Every car I have illuminates from the sides, not the top.
You forgot to do some video editing 😅😆 around 5:30
haha! good catch! I goofed, fixing it now. Thanks, for the heads up!
