When you unscrewed the camera from the bracket using the Alan key. Would the camera still be secure to the bracket if that pin wasn't there? Because I don't want to leave the camera overnight or when I'm done, I wanna take it off the bracket and put it in my glove box and it would be a hassle taking out and putting it in again every time. If I left the screw out, would the camera be still strong enough to hold to the bracket?
Installed on my Toyota Granvia camper van…. Works great and super easy to install
Great to hear!
Very nice. Tech is getting crazy. Such an easy install.
a couple of ir bulbs around the lens would take this gear to new level!!!

It was a pretty tight fit without the screw, but I think the main purpose of the screw is to prevent someone from stealing the camera.
