Pros and Cons of doing a Clinical Externship while in Nursing School - My Experience at CHEO

In the last term of my nursing school, I had received the opportunity to do a clinical externship. That changed my life and the direction in which my career was headed - for the better! Yes I am :) I was off from research work for the duration of my nursing internship and that's when I had also done the clinical externship. It was all within a four month period. I am back to my full time research job now :) And now with a nursing licensure I can do a lot more as a research coordinator compared to before. So I am getting additional responsibikities.

So if a student goes to nursing school then after 3 month s left because scared and now want to rejoin nursing school cause regret now loosing a job securing course
Should try to next year nursing or do any other paramedical course
Plz suggest
