Track 1 is a banger. I felt that 1992 Sting energy!!!
I want to say, Amazing freaking work on this theme song. The vocals, the guitar riffs, the lyrics, it brought me chills because it reminded me of the old school Sting when he was first in WCW back in the late 80s, early 90s. that buzz cut military style with bleach blonde hair and the face paint, ripped, I knew he would be special and make it big in the wrestling world but growing up supporting him 100% throughout the years! never would of thought he still win gold and be wrestling here in 2024! We wrestling fans cant thank Sting enough for all the years he has given us! God bless him and his family and AEW for making this all happen!

This is basically the modern version of Sting's NWA/WCW Surfer Sting theme and I fuckin love it

This theme is a 10/10. I doubt we'll hear it at Revolution but it'd be awesome if we did.

I get your point but Jimmy Hart didn’t write Man Called Sting. It came out in early 1993 as part of the WCW Slam Jam album & Jimmy Hart was still in the WWF at that point.
Wish he would retire as the surfer sting!

Love this, another banger from Mikey Rukus (AND John Kiernan), though if I have to give an honest opinion, I feel like this song might a bit TOO heavy to represent early 90's Sting, and I kind of wish the song was sung by a woman like in Man Called Sting.
Too heavy? A woman? That's an insult when you are dealing with the best BADASS wrestler in the business. This is grit raw and strong. He's not plain cooked and wimpy!

@@dhdurhueur-qe5pnthere were times when WCW was incredible but when the four fools of appocalypse came in it fell appart. mediam of WCW was likely much beter than that bt my lasting memory is Russo, Bolea, Buschoff and Corntte quartet of death.
