I got out of the hospital after being in the ICU for over a week with Covid in December 2, 2020. When I got home finally I watched my recorded Dynamite from that night and Sting had debuted and it was one of the most memorable moments and the first really exciting thing that happened after I got out. I’ll never forget it. Thanks for everything Sting
I love how it keeps teasing the main theme during the first half, until finally indulging at 3:43 in an epic rendition, like a hero taking his last stand. I got chills listening to this.
As a well seasoned and decades long wrestling fan, I cannot tell you how much this is a masterpiece. Completely definitive of what Mr. Steve "Sting" Borden truly is. An Icon of Wrestling, an icon to us all, and his career nothing short but iconic. Thank you AEW's Mike Rukus for creating such a majestic end to an illustrious career of "STING".
I feel very lucky and grateful to have seen Sting wrestle at least once in my life. He really brought the house down with Darby at All In. There will be nobody that can capture his aura and his fighting spirit. None.
I have probably not seen more matches of another wrestler in my life. Started in WCW during the Monday NIght Wars, I was WCW, loved sting. When WCW went under I got back into wrestling watching him in TNA and then in AEW. The only stuff of his I missed was his earlier WCW stuff. Thank you, Sting.
Can't believe he is retiring. After Undertaker, he is the guy that I became so intrigued by and became instant fan of during his TNA days. There is certain kind of coolness in his appearance and a haunting aura. It will be emotional for me😢 but that's life. Happy retirement man.

Is it just that he should be wrestling someone that you personally like and not someone you personally don't like? He asked for them to be his final opponents. It was never ever going to be a singles match he's not a singles wrestler anymore.
M.Rukus delivered, I know he has a soft spot for Sting and it shows. I hope this version will be used for his last appearance. Imo that theme has always been the synthesis (in an hibrid kind of way) of all of his previous themes/personas. It truly is the theme of an icon.
