Please don’t forget to let us know if the crank bent. I’m curious if the counter weight hit the bottom of the piston when the crank started moving around then threw that trash at the tappets and once they broke your pushrods are so strong it broke the rocker arm. Pdd pushrods for the win! You guys make the best products hands down.
Bound to have been some wild vibrations going on runnng that thing with the dead miss at that power level. I wonder if it didn’t just rattle that hardware loose like an impact. You have to measbolt stretch now. If they ain’t like a 1/8” longer than they should be then they could only have been loose from vibration.
Just goes to show how awesome the cummins really is. My 95 has a slight ticking noise around 15-2000. I'm wondering if maybe one of my rocker arms are broke or a pushrod is slightly bent. Either way I have to save my pennies and buy responsible dad stuff before I can get a rebuild.
welding project, get a bunch of 3/4 wall pipe some 1/2'' hot roll plate... and weld it together. twice whatever the cast iron is. 98'000psi tensile rig stuff gets recycled after so many hours of run time.

Flex tape over the bolts after torque obviously.
That's wild!! But it still made way more HP than the V10 !!!

When are you going to sell the power driven billet front timing cover to the public?! It's not on the website.

Hm. Safety wire time.
Proper Torque: torque wrench vs. impact ... Impact FTW! (The ONLY (& most critical) question is do you know how many uggha-duggahs???) 😂😂
