I practice/study Taijiquan. What Dr. Stone is describing is the second and third stages of Taijiquan development. They are internal. The Chinese were taught these practices by the Africans.
I watched this last week and I have been practicing and it has been extremely affective for anxiety I didn't know I was a shallow breather. I used it to calm people down with PTSD. I stand on this being affective 💯⚖️❤

I have to correct you brother. Teachers don't have the power to fudge anything. We are in the struggle just like everyone else. We know prison is a parallel universe to schools, but every parent who knows this has to speak directly to the school system. The greatest opportunity we had to make changes were right after covid. But instead of planning a united strategy, we fell victim to having to go back to work.
I love the part where she say teach to what they are interested in. If it’s a dog teach them math using dogs.
