Wow 😳 I felt the same way when I was a child from I was about 9 or 10 years old I didn’t feel connected to Christianity I just couldn’t believe in it and trust me I tried! I always felt something was missing it shows that our ancestors will always speak to the strongest amongst our peoples!

I felt the same thing. I was quite angry and vocal about the blasphemy I saw .

Robert Tevault No pastor will ever convince me that the Bible is the infallible word of god. I am an Ausarian... which is ancient Egyptian spirituality. If you understood Christianity you would know that most of what is written in the Bible was taken from Egypt, and other religions that predate it. I went to SDA school where the pastor taught us all about new age and mark of the beast stuff. I did not know then but now I do... the pastors don't have all the info. They never will because they are not initiates of the anxient religion, they and you are outsiders.
Further more, you speak of hell and demons. Do you know where these ideas came from? Have you ever wondered where hell or heaven is in relationship to the earth? What a lovely surprise to find this video, and a beautiful way to start my day! I am a Priestess in the Wiccan tradition. While studying comparative religion, I learned about the Kemetic path, and was deeply moved by it's beauty, elegance, and empowerment. As a Post-Feminist, I am delighted and inspired to see so many strong, independent, and FEMININE women! One thing that fascinated me in particular was Your emphasis on health, nutrition, cleanliness, detoxification, etc. I honestly believe that followers of my Tradition, and other similar "European" Paths do not put enough emphasis on the body=mind/body=spirit connections. It seems to separate Kemetic Paganism from other Spiritual paths in that it is TRULY a lifestyle-genuinely holistic and balanced; sincere in it's intent, as opposed to too many 'Practices' that are merely window-dressing or lip-service, void of any TRUE discipline that might be too "inconvenient" or "uncomfortable".
I am also part Native Canadian, and I was pleased as punch to hear you talk of a ritual cleansing that was almost exactly the same as our "Sweat Lodges"! It makes me so joyful when I learn that SO many of us, no matter how disparate, and far between our Cultures may have developed, ALL share so many similarities! Symbols and iconography, Myths, disciplines, practices, activities; there are undeniable Universal Truths we all hold dear. We really are Family...
