- 38 minute Kemetic yoga sequence and meditation filmed in Luxor, Egypt overlooking Valley of the Kings.
During this sequence we practice the breath of fire. There are certain precautions to be aware of including:
a.) If you are pregnant or menstruating it is recommended to refrain from the breath of fire and practice long deep breathing instead.
b.) If you have any underlying health conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, history of stroke or seizures
c.) If you experience vertigo or have acid or heat related gastric issues

I haven't been able to find any virtual yoga instructors I've been able to connect with until this page! We need more POC and black yoga instructors in the youtube realm. I had never heard of kemetic yoga before this an I'm not looking back!

Thank you, I feel so good mentally, physically, and spiritually after this even though at 68 I am a bit out of practice. But I am willing and receptive to continuing in order to become more fluid and in-tune.
