    I don't understand why most of the commentators are focusing background music? why don't you appreciate his good intention. He is trying his best to teach us what he learned so that we practice and be benefitted from that.

    2) kapalbhati
    3) bahya pranayam( mula bandh, odiyan bandh, jalandhar bandh)
    4) Agnisar
    5) Nauli kriya
    6) Anulom Vilom
    7) sitali
    8) Sirhkari
    9) bhramri
    10) udhgeeth
    11) ujjayi
    Could you please tell is this the right sequence I am following?

    Hello, can you offer steps for me. Im in bed with chronic illness. What can I do from bed with low muscle tone and weakness. I have been ill with Me/CFS and wasting away with no energy and many symptoms as well as asthma. Breathing is difficult. Thank you for ypur responce. ❤

    All Christians or followers of God should prevent themselves from practicing yoga. But it’s all just stretching and deep breathing right? Sadly, no. Yoga is much more than that.
    When a person practices yoga they’re leaving doors wide open to demons. Yoga is not just a random word someone assigned; it has a deeper meaning. In Sanskrit, it means “to unite with”. When a person does yoga, they’re practicing in a practice that was invented to yoke up or unite with over 33,000 million of so-called gods. Those who practice Yoga have already broken the first and most important commandment of God: *You shall have no other gods before Me.*
    The in the Bible days people were making offerings to false gods. We still see this happening today. All over the world, you’ll find people offering food to little false god statues. But you should understand that these are not gods at all, for there is only one God.
    All beings worshipped as gods are nothing more than a demon. And what are we God-fearing believers told not to do? Partner up with demons.
    What does a person do when practicing yoga? According to the purpose of inventing yoga and according to the definition of the word itself, yoga is partnering up with demons.
    What can happen to a Christian when partnering up with this world of demons? First ask yourself, “What would a demon want with me?” As those words leave our mouth we as believers already know what the answer is. They want to hurt us. The very act that a Christian is thinking they are doing to improve their lives is the very invitation that a demon waiting to hurt them is ready to accept.
    Yoga certainly brings about demonic oppression. What a win for the devil when an unsaved victim to demonic oppression. But what a greater depression when a Christian becomes a receiver of affliction that only the devil can bring.
    What can it bring? According to Jenn Nizza, a former psychic who turned to Christianity. Anxiety, confusion, planting seeds of doubt, sickness sometimes even. Again, as a Christian spiritual confusion and vulnerability, not wanting to go to church or open your Bible, anything that will lead you away from God. That’s what the battle is.
