- The 2023 BMW X7 M60i ($147,700 as specced in Canada, $113,950 in the US) has undergone a facelift. It also inherits the new S68 M Engine. Exactly what I was thinking about the 2 Jasons! The intro and the comedy is really the only reason why I decided to watch this video as I don’t care about overweight SUVs, even if they can beat some sports cars in a straight line
@@mattl6584actually SUV’s are amazing and most popular now because they feel light because of horsepower
Yes they are heavy but with that much horsepower do feel lighter since the car is lifting off air a bit and removes weight or makes it feel lighter
But for sure will never be like sport car sedan or coupe of course but if I had money honestly suvs for me are best choice because I get both of world comforts sport and sitting high feels nice and winter in Canada and space
For me for now I can in future afford a used m340 or something maybe m550 2019 or 2020 but I definitely can’t afford a sport suv from bmw or Benz big ones like x7 or gls 63 Benz suv
Again if I had the money I would definitely get x7 sport m model or Benz gls 63 Used second hand maybe 2020 however again I’m a broke ass and I can’t even afford m340 sedan sport now bmw so if I’m lucky in a year maybe just maybe I can afford 2019 or 2020 bmw m340 with maybe 40k or 50k km on it which means I really really have to take care of it because after another 50k km I’ll have issues and better be prepared unless im really lucky and don’t have issues not all bmw and merdeces owners have issues depends on how you drive how you take care of it but some do take care of them and still get issues so again has to go based on maintainable and luck with these cars
I see comments people saying if you take care of it you won’t have issues there are people coming out of dealers and some months later get issues barley driving them so 100% there is luck with these cars they are not consistent like Honda or toyota or other reliable cars or SUVs
I have driven bmw and Benz 10 years ago and that was 10 years ago old cars were new at that time and they were amazing driving them most amazing thing I ever drove I can’t imagine how nice and amazing is driving bmw or Benz now or past few years must be amazing
I won’t take from how best expertise Benz and bmw is but if you have money 100% best cars to pick or SUVs if you broke like me stick to what you can afford lol or get a 2 or 3 years old one like I mentioned m340 and pray and keep praying not to have issues everyday and ask god to help you lol

This one's going straight to the tuner shops to get that extra 50 or so horsepower freed from the enviro-tuning that BMW has to slap on for emissions. Hilarious intro with the Jasons too! Keep pushing the bar higher!

We have the 2021 40i. The 6 cylinder is plenty fast when you need it to be. It hits 60 in about 5.5 sec. It pulls well from any speed. Even at 100mph, if you floor it will still haul ass. Kinda amazing for a 3 ton SUV that still manages around 28 mpg on the highway.

@@ikhoonyejelem2967 this thing is painfully ugly. It's not even a design language that should make it to a piece of clay in the first place. The new 3 and 4 series are controversial but at least those have some beautiful proportions and a great rear 3/4's but this? This is as revolting as watching a kamasutra on wheels and the participants are your 90 year old grandparents. It would honestly look better as a flat faced featureless EV than this.

Great, honest review. I had exactly the same feeling when I test drove 2024X7 and GLS. I leaned in favor of BMW X7 and ordered one. Major factor was exterior styling/design and great tech features such handsfree driving on highway at 85 miles (driver assistance pro). I like the interior of GLS better then X7 though.
That front end I cannot accept. I’m glad I bought the 2020 X7 where the looks will hold over time

The X7’s grill was never too large for me because it just suits the scale/proportions of it, The same cannot be said for the current generation seven series which can easily be described as offensive.

I have one of these now. Everything is about the same as the m50i but the thinner steering wheel and smaller shifter give it a less sporty feel. Still monsterously fast and comfortable as a sofa.

as an owner of an m60i with the 23 inch wheels, I was super apprehensive about ride quality with those big wheels but there really seems to be no effect compared to the 22 inchers

Skip the m60 and get the x40. Having that kind of speed in 6k lb SUV is ridiculous and unusable especially when you take a turn. Waste of money.

The interior design of this makes me miss the E90 generation dashboard where the screen was integrated. Also the F10 5 Series and E82/88 1 Series did integrated screens really well

I wish I could afford the X7... Rented one recently & fell in love with it, Love how it's spacious for the entire family, but when you're behind the wheel it doesn't feel like im driving a boat.
