I LOVE her response to how she pitches not eating animals. The idea of not cutting it out completely, just cutting back a meal or 2 a week and that making a difference, I think is just so wonderful. It's a great way to kind of meet people in the middle and get them In a way on the team of helping out.

Natalie came through with more grace than I have seen in these shows. This format can reap unusual insights into the minds of the participants.
I remember watching Leon the Professional and seeing the enormous talent, self control, and intelligence Natalie had even as a young child. Fast forward all these years to the person I observed here and it felt like yeah, she makes perfect sense.
she handled that very well. No complaints, answered all the questions like the intelligent woman she is and remained classy throughout the whole interview. God she is amazing.
