Uncaged means that the infrared seeker is on a gimbal, it can rotate to track targets. IRCCM means infared counter-countermeasures, and makes the missiles more resistant to flares by either shutting off the seeker or decreasing the FOV of it. SARH missiles do not have a seeker, you must maintain a lock as they rely on information from your plane. Active Radar Homing missiles have their own radar set, meaning they can guide themselves without your planes radar. The first fire using an IOG (Inertial Guidance phase) , using either DL from your plane or just guessing. Once it gets close enough it turns on its radar for the terminal homing phase, and just goes at the first radar contact it gets. Please learn about missiles before you try to teach about them, and I hope this helped!
