I going to attempt doing this form of art. Well, I just ordered the needles and thread. I am very excited to actually start. Thanks for the inspiration.🤗
I truly enjoy hearing your philosophical and heartfelt comments and answers to questions, especially when you described sashiko as a treat for the brain. My handquilting is like that for me. Keep making your videos. Your English is great by the way!
thank you for your excellent tutorial. having ordered your thimble, found it unparallel to any other design on the market and greatly improves the Sashiko stitch. many thanks.
Очень интересно смотреть как рождается произведение искусства! Было бы вообще прекрасно, если были бы субтитры. Спасибо за то, что можно посмотреть весь процесс!
If one was doing the Sashiko stitching to add strength and warmth to a garment, making 'holes' in a pattern would not make sense. But if the pattern was chosen to add the element of 'light' by adding the 'holes' might make it look more special on a summer garment or on a scarf or handbag.

Спасибо!
I have seen that it does not tie a knot to start with but makes about 3 or 4 stitches and then returns on it !! right?
... so beautiful and even!!! ... wow!
Thank you!
How long did it take you to do the stitching so evenly and tiny. Do you have a small sample of your first work from when you started.

What do you do with your finished stitch fabric?
Thank you for the comment. I plan to make this as the long place mat or table runner. I haven't figured yet.
