I actually bought mine in 2022, having it longer I should tell you something. Mostly it is still usable and good but it has one issue. I forget when it started, sometime last year some of the bonded leather on the seat bottom and armrests has worn off I can see the fabric now. I have tried looking for seat and armrest covers but they are rare finds and I cannot tell if the size is right, most I find are for office chairs. If I cannot find covers, might have to look for something similar but with fabric on seat and arms no leather.
@@victordia099 Positive news I decided to call the Customer Support number in the manual to see if they could help find covers for seat and armrests I should have just read the warranty the company operator told me about, 7 years including parts replacement. She politely informed me I could get new armrests and a new seat at no cost. I provided the information requested from a tag on bottom of seat and the receipt, she said they are waiting on a shipment that in total means it will take 3 weeks to get the new parts. Supposed to get a email when they get shipped with tracking number. Unless something goes wrong, looks really good for now

How low can it go? I have quite a low desk setup (unadjustable) and i had been using an Xrocker gaming chair and fits well to how low (short) it is.
Ive had mine for a few good months now and its been great. It doesnt go too high so be careful for that, if not its great
