- This Broccoli Grape Salad is fully loaded with juicy grapes, fresh cucumber, crisp bacon, and toasted pine nuts. The creamy dressing is so simple with just a few ingredients.

Broccoli Autumn Salad Ingredients:
►6 oz bacon chopped, browned
►1/4 cup pine nuts toasted (or sunflower seeds)
►1 lb broccoli crowns (2 medium heads) cut into small florets
►1/2 English cucumber sliced
►1 1/2 cups red grapes (seedless), halved
►1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
Easy Salad Dressing Ingredients:
►1/2 cup mayonnaise
►2 Tbsp lemon juice or added to taste
►1 Tbsp granulated sugar, or to taste
►1/4 tsp salt or to taste
►1/4 tsp black pepper
(note: in the video, I said 1 Tbsp lemon juice and forgot to mention the sugar. This ingredient list is correct, sorry about that!)

I played this video for my husband, and he couldn't wait for me to make it! It turned out so yummy! I found cheaper pine nuts in the produce section (next to the basil...because everyone makes their own pesto, right?). We also liked the small English cucumbers because they were crunchier!

I made this tonight with ingredients I had on hand. I didn't use cucumbers, but used the grapes, bacon, green onions, red onions, toasted pecans and for the dressing I combined mayo, dallop of sour cream, vanilla greek yogurt, and added 1 T orange juice, and a pinch of brown sugar. Seasoned well. I made it for a Valentine's Day brunch and it turned out so delicious. All the flavors in the dressing complimented each other so well. I'll have to try the lemon juice next time. It's nice to adapt and make your own. Perfect every time!

Just made this salad. The taste was so good, everyone wanted seconds. I made 2 portions and instead of sugar, I added just 1 table spoon of maple syrup. Definitely will make it again. Really good.

I've tried green grapes before, not really a fan, but I've never tried the red/purple ones before. Might have to give this one a go since I LOVE broccoli.
