She is the founder of the Association for Solidarity Aid and Action Mali, which seeks to empower women in the country.     Why not just call blacks, African Americans etc black people or Africa American. I don’t think people outside of Africa should be called diaspora. I do understand the meaning of it, it’s usually referred to Jews or people separated from there land but as for black people it’s like another form of separation between Africa and blacks everyone else
