  • African Union leaders met Sunday in Ghana to discuss security concerns in West Africa, attacks from terrorist groups, and financing the union’s activities.
    Aid group Doctors Without Borders released a report on Monday accusing the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces of "blatant disregard" for human life and international law and calling on them to cease attacks in residential areas.
