My sunday reset routine includes doing laundry, hair wash day for my girls, grocery shopping and reviewing my content calendar for the week. I also try not to think about work 😂

Gnocchi is great with like an Alfredo or cheese sauce!

hahaha the gnocchi segment was iconic. i normally just put them in a pan with a bit of butter or oil and fry them - soooo much better than boiled imo

Awee I feel the same way with social anxiety, but I just push myself to do it anyway🤍 and thank you! My back feels so much better. My shoulder feels better as well but that’s because I’ve had some time off from volleyball. I think it may be a torn rotator cuff but idk yet. Gonna try some stretches and exercises for it to see if I can strengthen it before going to a doctor

usually after i boil gnocchi i fry them in a pan for a couple minutes. makes them cripsy on the outside and soft inside. also pesto and gnocchi is the best

Gnocchi are a a kind of potato pasta. So you can serve them like regular pasta with tomatosauce for example. Or what I Iike to do, fry them and serve them with italian inspired vegetabels like zuccchini, red pepper and tomatos and a lot of oregano and basil 🥰🥰
And please let me tell how jelous I am, that you can go grocery shopping on sundays.
Here in germany shops are closed on sunday and I always end up with missing something on exactly that day of the week. 😂

Your videos are fabulous! Gnocchi is tough to perfect right away. I rarely boil them and usually pan fry them in olive oil to make them crispier and I prefer a lighter sauce. I also recommend having it at a restaurant to see how they do it. The first time I made gnocchi on my own I boiled them too long and they tasted like paste! Have fun on your gnocchi journey 😂
