Do you like salmon? My easy go to is salmon. 20 minutes at 400 degrees in oven. Could be done in air fryer too or skillet, but i like the oven so i font have to watch it 😅

I think your GPS might be a little off, since both apps were incorrect. I love cooking (but not cleaning). I usually meal prep during the week so I can go for a walk on the days I work from home. It's usually something simple like savory oatmeal or fried rice. One of the first recipes I learned was just chicken drumsticks and garlic salt. It tastes better if you make 2-3 diagonal slits in the drumstick so the seasoning goes into the meat. Also let it sit for at least 30 minutes to overnight for the best flavor and then air fry or bake it. My mom never gave me temperature or cooking times, so I always Google those when I make it. You could probably also roast veggies at the same time if you're baking the chicken in the oven.

It does take a longer period of time to meal prep at first, but once you've learned how to, it's not that bad. Just like when you first start cooking :) If you don't want to eat the same foods, then you can freeze half for another week or when you're too tired to cook. I've been cooking for 12 years and my mom always taught me to be efficient. For example if I'm making mushroom rice and chicken for dinner, I'll start with the rice first since it'll take longer and I know I'll have time to prep the chicken while the rice is cooking in my Instant Pot. And while the chicken cooks, I'll clean up so that there's less work after dinner. Let me know if you want the recipe!

My go to are Cilantro chicken thighs and salmon made in the air fryer. I love your channel.
