LOL, Getting Triggered. XD Man, what a cool little guy this is. I kinda wish we got this gimmick again. It's an extremely fun gimmick and I just love the clicking sound it makes when the guns are deployed. For me, that clicking sound is a godsend.
@@PatriotPrimeReviews, Yep, but you'd think that with today's engineering we would see more motorbike transformers that aren't like ROTF figures!! (Not to say that ALL of them are bad, in fact, there are some GREAT motorbike transformers from combiner wars, Prime and RID 2014, but a majority of them just aren't that great.) The ROTF motorbikes look nice, but robot modes are where the problems tend to arise, because of the way they were engineered!! I hope to see more motorbike transformers in the future, just without stability issues!!
I got all three Triggerbots at once and even though Backstreet was the one I was looking forward to the most, Override ended up being the surprise favourite. Even though my Backstreet is in some serious need of TLC or shock oil and vinegar, the fact that he won't stand upright unless you deploy his guns is kind of lame because there's nothing to balance his feet out since he's basically standing on his front wheels. Override in the other hand not only stands well, he also rolls well, which is especially impressive for a bike bot.

I always thought, "Well, that's an unusual (silly) name." I'm reading this sci-fi book now called "Expeditionary Force". It's about space aliens and the main character was from the US Army. In the book, he says things like SITREP and I was like "Ohhhh… I get it now." Yeah, I was the one being silly. I wasn't familiar with the term. He also says "Hooah!" in the book. I always hear it in your voice when he does it. Thanks for increasing my knowledge of transformers and other things too. :)
When ever I look at G1 figures I never know how to feel about this one because the name Override will just make me think the character from Cybertron and as cool as this old dude is he just compete with the queen of the road.

Just read #46 yesterday. Last time saw him if recalling right was GI Joe when introducing Gen 2 Megatron. Don't think it ended well for him. Only one missed back in the day. I did have backstreet and dogfight and dug that gimmick big time. Love the idea for this too.

2020, can engineers automate a little bit transformers' transformation????? let's embed in a same toy these characteristics: 1) you push a button and voilà somethin pop up 2) you plug a thing in dude's body to initiate/allow a change 3) you move ahead the dude in alternate mode (a car or a plane...) to initiate a transformation 4) you exploit electricity (remember battle for energon cubes wtf, we have electric trains fuck) these 3 characteristics (push-plug-move) you can see in TF powermaster (to plug), TF armada (to push/plug), triggerbots (to push), some constructicons toys (to move). Electricity from TF generations 2 toys. If we take in consideration TF beastwars's optimus primal about weapons you can find in his forearms... I think we can create a good toy let's image the dude: We have optimus prime new toy... you push a button so the truck separates from trailer running ahead due a push he received from a spring and you have a magic... since the truck is moving ahead he start part of a transformation (let's decide the cabin cruiser rotates 90° down so we have chest and legs aligned and at the same time legs extend to expose chromed thighs) - so a push and a move together linked in a chain of cause-effect... I see on youtube optimus prime electrically transforms totally, but let's just be satisfied about mere fraction of transformations. We pick up the half-transformed dude, we manually open arms, change some stuff and so forth... (e.g. we insert fist-fashioned hands on wrists). now if we plug something in the left arm (such as a minicon or a powermaster dude) from optimus's forearm will pop up the orange axe; but if we plug it on the right arm from its forearm we have the rifle... since we're smart we can have this gimmick: somthing on the wrist 180°-rotate after the plug in (downward aheadly - the rifle/axe out; upward behindly the fist-fashioned hands). Forearms too short, rifle and axe can be bent in two, after have been popped out you unfold them easy thing. specification - the rifle has got a had wielding it (a fist goes in an armed hand rotate out). What about electricity? 1) voice (let's put optimus prime's best speech - "that's a question you should ask yourself Megatron" HAHAHAHAAHAHAH "autobots, transform & roll out" omg I'm crying, when the truck detaches from trailer at the beginning of transformation we have the beginning part of "you got the touch you got the poweeeeeeer yeaH" ROFL). Awesome new series man! Never had this guy, but he reminds of a Gobots Cy-Kill mixed with Gears.
He is really cool. I never messed with him that much. I got him in a lot, touched up his guns, and put him on the shelf.
