Hi! great video's! Specialy cause these are rare vans nowadays. It is a little of topic but I couldn't find a way to contact you: I have plans to buy myself a similar (camper)van. The one I have currently found has a transmission issue. None of the gears seem to work. The clutch is the first suspect, but it seems okay. Do you have any idea what might be the cause of this issue? I 've read that some of these gearboxes tend to stop working all of a sudden.

Great video! These sensor problems are infuriating. My Trafic has had an injector warming light fault for a whole year. Kept running rich. Finally I discovered I had an intermittent coolant leak immediately above the lambda sensor which contaminated the sensor and every new one I put on it

Thanks. Yeah they can be a real pain. There's nothing worse than an intermittent fault though! Sounds similar to an issue I had with my other diesel van a few years ago, went through three starter motors before realising the heater matrix above was very slowly dripping onto it and corroding the solenoid terminal.

Do you have a fuel pump with 3 or 4 bar pressure installed? you should install a filter and a fuel check valve!

is your problem 100 percent gone on cold start? or if the vehicle is longer ??? unfortunately I have both. parts exchanged but the engine still starts badly when cold ;(((

Wenn mein Motor mit Bremsen Reiniger startet ! Läuft dann auf Benzin ! Kann erst Gas geben wenn er 2-3 läuft im
Stand Gas da er sonst absäuft aus geht !

haben sie eine benzin pumpe mit 3 oder 4 bar druck verbaut ?? man sollte ein Filter einbauen und ein Benzinrückschlagventil !

Hi what mpg do you get out of the 2.2? Will it sit at 70mpg with reving to much? Thanks

Hi, I normally get between 20-25mpg but I live on the Isle of Wight which is very hilly and you never really go faster than 50mph here; most journey speeds are 40 mph or less. When I've done longer journeys on the mainland the fuel economy is better, usually at least 30mpg or more. And it will sit happily at 70mph all day long, I don't know exactly what the revs are as obviously there's no rev counter on these but it really doesn't feel like you're pushing it too hard. It's quite a torquey petrol engine so very much suited to a van.
