    I'm not convinced this is not the work of a good surgeon. I can tell you how to get glowing fresh skin from products in your kitchen cupboard. NO gimmicks or lie's. No wrinkles, sagging or surgery. 1, Olive Oil repairs damaged stem cells, calm's an overactive nervous system, reduces excessive heat in the body - I used it for menopause, (sweats), PLUS moisturises the skin. I can say honestly, my skin was dry, wrinkly and had no glow. 3 months of olive oil, I am a new woman, aged 50, I look 30 changed my life and my body. Extra Virgin Olive Oil only 1/2tsp in my coffee every morning. 2. Kiwi Fruit repairs damaged DNA and well as high in Vit C. Voila! Please give it a shot. xx

My only point was that there is no skincare product you can apply to your skin that will lift the underlying fascia. But if you haven’t seen any other of my videos, it’s never been a secret that I’ve done Botox above my eye-line every 6-8 months for 15 years, including in the photos you see in the past as they are from 8-9 years. Botox will not help with Sagging but if you want to reduce forehead lines, I do recommend if administered by a skilled medical professional.

    Derma rolling is also a must imo. Doesn't have to be an expensive Dr Pen either. I have one of those but I use the good quality manual rollers. 1.0mm for the whole face and a 0.25 for under the eyes. Once a week in conjunction with Retin A, Copper Peptides, Growth factors. Moisturiser is pointless for PM. All moisturiser does is hydrate the surface. I'll use it in the AM before a hydrating sunscreen. I use Squalane as the last step at night. If I don't use a moisturiser for a day, my skin stays hydrated because Squalane reaches the deeper layers. Doesn't matter if it's high end or from The Ordinary, as long as it's Squalane.

There is always a small group of people who have the need to bash others without enough information as I find out those didn’t even see the video. Studies show that people like that feel extremely powerless and miserable in their own lives. I empathize with that and if bashing others helps them, then in all cases, my goal to help people has been accomplished.

    The device is what changes it all.
    And it CAN hurt you. The nu face device is a microcurrent device. It stimulates muscle toning through a direct current which is why there's 2 points of contact. A series of microcurrent treatments by a professional can give you results comparable to a face lift, minus the scarring. It can be dangerous if you have heart conditions or arent trained tonuse it properly. You can fry your thyroid, and if you have a pacemaker, you can fry your heart.
    However, this treatment is incredibly effective. Bragging about not having lasers, etc, makes it seem like lasers and medical treatments are a negative thing. Everything you're doing to exfoliate is just doing it at a slower rate than professional treatments. The expensive lines you're using are not necessarily a cost effective alternative to professional treatments for people to see results faster.

    It is enough to use tallow balm with beeswax, olive oil and safflower oil in a balm. A good bar of really superfatted natural olive oil and illipe and Shea butter soap and one made with goat milk or yogurt will exfoliate dead skin twice a week. One can reverse aging with simple fats. Think of leather conditioners, tallow and beeswax. You do not need to use chemicals. A good old fashioned bar of milk soap exfoliates in the best ways. ❤

    I used OneSkin for around 9 months and while it helped my skin slightly, it didn’t blow me away or provide the results they claim. My biggest gripe with the product is their OS-1 peptide is incapsulated in a cream and they recommend to use their cream as the first step of your skincare regimen to encourage absorption, prior to layering serums over top! I’ve stopped using it because of this. If they brought out a highly absorbable serum I’d start using it again and add it to my peptide repertoire. But yeah that’s my main problem with One Skin.

      After a car accident, I needed some serious help with asymmetry of my face. Peta from Facerobics transformed my face and helped me with my TMJ pain. Her free exercises are more than enough to get results, she's tough but it's worth it. My face looks much more normal, nobody would know what I went through other than a scar that I'm working on that is also greatly reduced from LED light and scar tape at night. God bless my GF for introducing me to facial exercise. I also used the Facial Flex tool for my jaw, I was in really bad shape with my jaw alignment and needed more help there. I have been using Obagi products along with Tretinoin for about two years now and I love it. It has really made a difference in my skin. Now I have discovered the Anteage MD system which uses bone marrow stem cells. (not from fetuses or anything like that) It also contains peptids and other ingredients for cell turnover. ( natural form of retinol) I hear you can also use your tretinoin as well if you want to increase that cell turnover. I am going to try it and see if it is better than the obagi. It uses less products and is not quite as expensive as the obagi. Why buy ten different products when you can get it all in just a few? I hear their eye cream is amazing as well!

I use LED mask but the two modalities that work synergistically with these are a micro needling device like a Dr.Pen and a radio frequency device like the Newa. They are also game changers. The issue with cosmetic help is that once you start, you have to continue repeating every 2-3 years to maintain. I’m sure at 50, you haven’t crossed the “point of no return” yet. I’d delay anything cosmetic as much as I can. Even in spa procedures like lasers - these you have to do once a year. I’m not against any of these but I found this way with skincare. No downtime, no pain. 😄

      Hi! This is not an entire routine but rather the 5 most important ones for firming the skin: peptides, growth factors, Retinoids, micro current therapy and exfoliation. If you are not specifically sensitive or allergic to any ingredients and you can tolerate (especially Retinoids), all these are universally helpful for all skin types. Really good question. Thank you for asking! 🌷

    I am nearly 50, never had Botox or filler and try everything under the sun before getting dermatitis and my liver got very toxic from retinol products, I change to all clean natural products like Castor oil, roseship oil etc and my skin did rejuvenate, I also do facia massages that work amazing to tone the skin, I believe synthetic products work but will never life the skin and will damage your liver and health, and is only on the superficial layers of the skin, that's my experience and I hope it helps someone,

      @desistark  Месяц назад +1

      Oh, no, your note was definitely not rude. That’s not why I asked or responded. I had some issues with an elevated liver enzyme last year myself so I can relate. But I reached for a lot of medical advice from doctors and it turned out to be from an over the counter supplement. Once I stopped it, all tests normalized. I wouldn’t rely on Google as a source of information as anyone can post there. It’s commendable you do your medical tests annual, I do the same.
      But I have to tell you with an utmost certainty, that liver cannot be damaged by a topically applied retinol. I’m only mentioning this as I do want to help and you still may need to find out what’s causing it. 💛🌷

      I've contacted Ziip and they told me, if you use tretinoin or retinols you can use the Ziip safely at night before you apply the tretinoin because almost 24 hours have past since the last application or use the Ziip in the morning. Just never after you just applied tretinoin because you will push it deep into the skin. My Derm also told me it's ok to use it that way

      @@TheBoots72I think he meant during the same period. I may have misunderstood the statement…I usually do ZIIP in the morning before any skincare or chemical exfoliation as you apply the gel conductor to use the device and you have to wash it off after anyway. Same applies to evenings. 💛

    I like the concept and you look radiant.. just wondering if retinoids along with daily exfoliation is too irritating even after a purge. Would the peptides make skin more tolerant?

    • @desistark
      @desistark  2 месяца назад

      Great question! I always exfoliate in the morning and use Retinoids at night. That way you avoid irritation. Also, peptides only at night as if you mix them with acids, causes hydrolysis and diminishes the effectiveness of peptides. If you watch some of my other videos, I’m very specific on the order of ingredients and when to apply them. 💛🌷
