Just a Fighter sharing some Fighter key features: Action Surge & Second Wind. Eladrin's Fey Step can maneuver an ally's position and deal some damage & pressure with Inspiring Surge. A battlefield tactician.
I'd definitely grab Ritual Caster. If anything, Find Familiar can help allies. Unseen Servants are your right-hand helper(s). Phantom Steed could be inspired in combat as its stats, all except for its speed, is identical for a riding horse. When your allies aren't around, its got your back with 2d4 Hoove Attack.
Going mounted, you have some Fighting Styles that'll assist allies and one of them can be your Phantom Steed. OR grab the Mounted Combatant Feat to redirect attacks towards your mount to yourself, extending its survivability and your mobility.
I would love to play a game where I could make good use out of having a mount.
I feel like you snag ritual caster often. Which is great because that’s an awesome feat. With ritual caster you could definitely rock out with phantom steed and make great use out of being mounted, even get some lance action going.
@@TheSinisterheroes Yes I do because it's loaded with goodies. The Eladrin's Fey Step could even use the Phantom Steed as a weapon, teleporting the Large Steed above a target, possibly crushing them into Prone.

These abilities aren't "bad" necessarily in concept they are good abilities but in practice they translate poorly in game so yeah it's not bad but it's not good either I'd say decent at best also the pictures provided in this video sometimes reminds me of a power ranger but I'd say a power ranger is more of a paladin than a fighter but you could go either way and I can't wait until Sin finishs or at the very least watches hazbin hotel up until episode 6 because i have so many character concepts to share that are based on the show so i guess I'm just over excited about the show is all i don't mean to come acrossed as pushy i just don't understand how to relay my emotions very well but great video Sin i might have a Simic Hybrid concept either today or tomorrow I'm just working on the details is all

Also simic hybrid in my opinion is like one of the best races cus you can do sooo much right off the bat.

We’ve had a player play banneret/ purple dragon knight in last year’s Halloween one shot. I like the idea of an inspiring commander but there’s a reason why wizards of the coast moved everything from the sword coast adventure’s guide to Tasha except for this subclass.
The flutes loot rework is pretty good all things considered. But yeah talk about the black sheep of the family

I don’t buy the dislike for this. Fighter on its own is so strong that all of the subclasses are there for RP/style more than trynna wargame this game
I agree the base fighter is strong enough on its own to suffice the damage needed to beat an encounter. This game has advanced to a point where it’s not just a dungeon fight.
I also agree but the issue is, the subclass just lacks something that really draws you to it. Like, there isn’t really anything the PDK can do that you couldn’t do with any fighter subclass with a little roleplay.
It has a lot of flavor but that’s about all it has. PDK could have been a Background, with all of it’s flavor intact and still would be just as good.
I think that’s the main reason why you never see it. Though again people should check out flutes correction I think it’s cool and it works.
It’s a class you play if you are team oriented. I thought Sentinel was a lame feat until I found myself the only warrior type in a party, and it was very valuable then for my important role in defending the caster allies
