@@florarobinson3656 Hi I also have misophonia so I'd be happy to answer your question! - Misophonia is a disorder in where certain sounds trigger emotional or physiological responses that can send people into a state of anxiety, panic, distress and or anger. Most sounds that trigger someone with misophonia can seem "silly" to someone who does not have it and it can be overlooked as "being dramatic" or "spoiled" when it is something we can not control. An example is that one of my common triggers is people chewing with their mouth open and or snacking their lips - this makes me wanna cry and sends me into a state of anxiety and anger causing me to burst out emotionally (cry) and or physically (anxiety tic) or sends me into a silent meltdown where I press my ears down the hardest I can until I can't hear anything. It isn't curable and is something that is not spoken about enough in the media so it's hard to get proper representation. I suggest you read up on it because it's an interesting yet overlooked disorder and I hope this helped you understand it more!
ANDREA CORDERO I know you posted awhile back but go to a licensed therapist/doctor who knows of such things so you can be diagnosed properly. Also if you seek help you would be able to get treatment and be able to talk to someone who is familiar with symptoms and diagnose you if you have anything irregardless of this issue.
I know this was made 4 years ago but honestly this works amazingly I have insomnia and this just made me fall asleep after 5 minutes thank u so very much for making this
Just WOW. I'm having trouble sleeping with my anxiety, and, I've been looking for something like this for a LONG time and never seemed to come across one that suits me and works!. Well.... This is just amazing, I can listen to it for hours and my 6month old loves it too.
This is what dreams are made of. Beautiful sounds of sea, waves and rain. The scenes are lovely and calming. I listened to this last night and loved it. I’m new and subscribed. Thank you 🌊🌊🌧️🌧️☔️🌅
I love this channel!! Thank you so much🤍 This is so relaxing and it helps me focus when I study!🤩 If you are reading this remember that God loves you and you are the best💙🤍❤
I'll give it a like but I refuse to listen when it's anything negative because it may not be for me but it will be in my mind and then I'll attract it ❤
I have tinnitus. I can start hear the humming and ringing and can't have this at a loud volume coz the loud triggers my tinnitus but on low volume this does relax me and lull me to sleep (with the help of my medication)
There is an island in the Bahamas with pink sand, where I visited, and this reminds me so much of it❣️Walking on the beach with my toes sinking in the sand as the lapping waves go in and out💓💕🎊❣️❤️🎉💥🤗🤗🤗Thank you for uploading bc I’m missing my yearly visit during Covid -19 and this is the next best thing to being there😢
People be talking about depression and stuff, I'm just stuck with a near-consistent weekend party that's actually far away. They're incredibly inconsiderate about their bass and don't realise that it can penetrate brick walls several metres away. Tried complaining to no avail so I guess the neighbourhood thinks this is completely normal. I've got this on so I can sleep on Saturdays. 😩
I really like pink noise, a very underrated sound. I prefer it over white and brown noise. But I prefer black screen, leave it on at night on tv/tablet/phone and will keep the room dark. For those who want pink noise black screen: ruclips.net/video/FCCL7S2McSA/видео.html
So, I get that the "white noise" version of this is crisp treble and the "brown noise" is more bass tones. Am I to assume that "pink noise" is the full spectrum?? Sorry for the boring question. This is SOOO relaxing!
All of them are covering the whole spectrum, but will different frequency distributions. More like different frequency densities than different frequencies.
Hi. I sleep next to a road and have problems sleeping and waking up during the night. I can play this video through speakers next to the bed. Should I put the volume louder than the cars outside ?
Can someone explain pink noise to the rest of us who don’t really get it? I have a vague feeling but want to check in with others who are more knowledgeable.

I have a question... is this the audio of real waves or is it artificially created, like in a studio or so?
