    I’ve had a Achilles tendinitis since 2016! I’ve have tried everything now 😢 and a few months ago, my other one went!

    Is it really Tendinitis or is it Tendinosis?

      Tendinitis is a short-term(not years) inflammation from poor(frequency, impulse, tracking, raw intensity) loading. Tendinosos is the break down of structural components like collagen in the tendon itself. The latter is worse than the former. Think of it as the osis is what happens when the itis loses.

      @@Mktgaming2023 you might want to check out some stuff on Max Recoverable Volume(MRV). I can’t say you have Tendinosis for sure, but if you’ve been feeling beat up for a long time, it’s time to step back and reassess your programming.
