I LOVE it! You never give "crutches" , you always give incremental solutions 👏👏👏

Thank you, I'm using this from now on! I wanted to jump right back into a workout routine for 2021 but I turned on my usual aerobic videos & saw them jumping around all jumpy & annoying & I assessed the way my lower back felt & I was like ehhhh no... I put on my compression belt for my back & am starting with tai chi like the old lady that I am🐔 I'll kick it up a notch with my aerobic stuff after a week or two of tai chi! That way I won't throw something out before March.

Fantastic, Kelly! I'm dealing with pain in my MCL and this video is just perfect to help me in getting it free of pain again! I'll be waiting for the other videos in this series. :)
I've read both Supple Leopard and Ready to run. They are my favorite guides to be always exercising and moving healthily. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience with us. 🙂🙂

Where would you put a cuff for adductor and pelvic issues? Leg at 100?

For certain recovery methods (stretching, BFR/Floss bands, etc) sometimes I can’t avoid numbness and tingling, what should I do?

Bfr is great. Bode Miller decreased his recovery time after hitting that gate with bfr.
