OMG get this to Kevin Fiege and Bob Iger stop the leaks
Strange thought went through my head watching this. There could end up being an incursion between these two worlds and by the time it is sealed a large number of the mutants end up in the main MCU either stranded or with theirs destroyed.
Imagine if Wolverine's yellow suit never got leaked and we saw it for the first time on the big screen. It would have been epic!

I hope we see more of this version of Beast, he looks incredible. The hair, in particular, is amazingly well adapted from the comics.

The point about how we don't see him say the words "Charles asked for an update" is a good observation. It's likely that they wanted to have some flexibility regarding what reference they drop there. I hadn't considered that.
Beast is one of my favorites, so glad they fine-tuned the detail on his looks. Now that I've see this movie, I really had a good time! Only thing they could have left out imo was the need story-wise to sing at any point. That aside, it was great.
I was impressed with his glasses when he turned his head when I initially saw it in theaters. You can see everything contort and reflect.
Growing up with the x-men makes it so much better for me. This was a long time waiting for them to get the popularity they deserve.
The design for Beast looks so good
Hank's pants while in his lab coat are NOT taken from Kirby & Lee's X-Men as the hem is yellow, whereas the yellow on the X-Men costumes in the Silver Age comic was above the lower legs. It was right there in the panel you placed alongside the film shot.

I thought marvels was so funny! Me and my girlfriend were laughing though out the whole movie. “We have found our header” and “I saw a map…. Of stars?” Had us absolutely crying laughing in our seats.

I love this version of Beast. I always thought X3's beast was almost perfect but this one takes it to full perfection. The mix of the design and Kelseys voice, just perfect.

I love Beast he’s one of my favorite X-men characters like no Joke if Wolverine never existed Beast would be my favorite X-men character but he’s my second favorite. Also I’m the type of a person who prefers Practical Effects over CGI but people have to realize Kelsey Grammer age is probably a factor on why they went the Cgi route over practical because I don’t think Grammer wants to sit on a chair to apply makeup on his face for 3 hours and tbh with you I think it actually looks great for what it’s worth.
This pretty much aligns with what I’ve always suspected would be the inspiration for X-Men in the MCU. I think the X-Men ‘97 series is the base template and then they’re tweaking things from there. I think that’s exactly why they chose to bring the series back because it’s canon without being canon to the main timeline. I imagine that is just another universe where in that case everyone is animated
And Marvel is just going to overlook the fact that Hank McCoy was actually introduced in the 1st X-Men movie on the TV during the scene with Wolverine in the bar. But not as Beast but him without the blue hair.

I'd love it if season 1 of the X Men cartoon series ends with Monica Rambeau landing in the X Men cartoon universe.
There's an assumption that this version of the X-Men are in the X-Mansion. If so, then why is Beast wearing an ID badge? If Beast has to wear an ID badge, then I don't think this scene takes place in the X-Mansion. I think the assumption that this scene takes place in the X-Mansion is what Feige and others want you to think.
Instead, I'm going to make a wild guess that this scene takes place in Illluminati HQ. This means that we're in a reality where Professor X is part of the Illuminati, and that the X-Men operate under the direction of the Illuminati. If this turns out to be true, then this kind of borrows from the aborted concept of The Ultimate X-Men. (There was a preview of The Ultimate X-Men in Wizard Magazine, I think, where the Ultimate X-Men were actual a secret ops group for the federal government. For whatever reason, this concept for The Ultimate X-Men was abandoned.)
(Added) If this version of Beast is tracking universal anomalies, then I think it could further back up this version of the X-Men are part of the Illuminati.
Charles and Maria are still alive, Maria goes by the name "Binary" instead of Captain Marvel.
Scannable I.D. badges makes sense when shape shifters exist.

The X-doors doesn't really make sense for Illuminati HQ, those doors only make sense for the X-mansion.
I was shocked to see Beast in the theater and yeah his chi rendering looks really good. I'm totally excited to see the X-Men in the MCU.

For there to be an X-Men version of sword would be assuming that in that universe they hold SHIELDs position

To answer why, it always has been below the x mansion, which has housed Xavier’s school for the gifted
That’s not just the fox movies, that’s also most of not all animated versions, and a large chunk of not all comic universe versions
There were sometimes where the X-men had facilities outside of the mansion, I believe avengers compound when it was inside a celestial, and one time I believe in a video game there was one in a shield helicarrier
The glass room Hank walks out if is labeled 103, implying there is more than 1 floor and probably more than 9 rooms per floor of medical rooms. I work at a hospital. Love the channel!
Not necessarily. Many buildings do floors in hundreds (hotels, schools, etc) so it could be based off that. Or separated by categories. Medical gets 100's, robotics get 200's, and so on.
Sometimes it’s just floor 1 room 3, which creates opportunity for expansion but it could be just two floors with 3 rooms each.

5:24 Hank actually worked at real hospitals for a time even while he was blue in the comics and animated series. The name badge and jacket may have nothing to do with the X-men facility but from his general work as a doctor elsewhere

Beast is easily my favorite X-men. Can’t wait to see more of him.
I don't want them to start the X-Men as the original 5 from Kirby era, but would love to see a flashback montage with Charles explaining to someone how he formed the X-Men. It would be cool to see that in live action at least once with a snowman version of Bobby versus his final Ice form in the later years.
Beast was always my fav, I love how this version is a mix of the movies and cartoon and comics.
I think that xmen 97 will be folded into this, it’s a more futuristic/advanced 1990s (sentinels, holograms, everything) and it’s colorful and toyetic. I feel that Wolverine in Deadpool 3 will also be from that 97 universe.

Even if it's an alternate timeline, I imagine this is in whatever few years ahead of present the MCU is currently in. Vs circa 2005. Then again, could be early X-Men years, which is in interesting they're researching multiversal anomolies

Wolverine's two-tone brown costume designed by John Byrne was far superior.
The scene cut you spoke of could be just that. It may have bits cut for use in another movie with an extended version of the moment being played out with more information.
Binary’s costume looked diabolical

He looks more like George Perez' Beast from the mid 70's comics. GOOD! :)

I'll be willing to bet that this version of the X-mansion is after Juggernaut wrecked shop. Like the badges are an added layer of security.
