As a Malaysian, Maggi Tom Yam (cup version) is an instant 10/10. But it has to be Maggi brand, Tom Yam flavour, and in the cup. The plastic pack one doesn't do it for me, even if it is still the same brand and flavour.

Ghost pepper is horrible ... It's doesn't even taste good ... And the spiciness would just upset your stomach compared to pedas giler X2 , which is undoubtedly spicy but there's still flavour to be savour

I've tried the chili fried noodles and it's very tasty. I recommend it to anyone who hasn't eaten yet...I think daebak ghost pepper noodles are more spicy than the maggi pedas giler 😅
This is how I would rank them (outdated, i havent tried any new ones), Maggi pedas giler < samyang spicy chicken noodles < pedas giler x2 < samyang spicy x2 < mamee daebak ghost pepper
As a instant noodle lover, i will said i eat them based on my mood. Sometime i feel like wanna eat spicy one i will go maggi pedas giler or samyang. If i wanna go mix of sour tangy spicy sweet taste for sure tomyam flavour. Plus in malaysia we have lots of imported instant noodle (+halal also) so we can taste variety of instant noodle. U can easily find Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Korea instant noodle in Malaysia market.
I thought I was the only one. Spicy food lovers really will get addicted to it easily. The thick juicy noodles soaking up all the spice and the burning sensation in your mouth... Sometimes I wonder if I'm a masochist 😂
As a Malaysian. The maggi cup noodles are not just about the taste but your skill of making it, I like to put less water than the line so that it is less bitter, and after I put the water, I put the flavor powder before the noodles are completely done so that the noodles can absorb the soup flavor, and I mixed the flavor powder with water and waited a couple of minutes and kaboom, the yummies noodles I've ever had even though I already had it like so many times 😂

You guys should try new Malaysian instant spicy noodle : *Mamee Pedas Ghostpepper* . It is double more spicied than Megi Pedas Giler x2 (if you using up all sauce inside packed). Im literally crying a lot eating this, than Meggi Pedas Giler x2. Mamee Pedas Ghostpepper is totally defeating Meggi Pedas Giler by the level of spicy and also the taste (you still can feel the taste of the instant noddle through those spicy). They got Kari Longtong (Malay traditional cuisine, soup), Daging Cendawan Pedas (Spicy Meat & Mushroom, soup) & Mee Goreng Indonesia (Indonesia got fried Ghostpepper cuisine including noodle, this one is dried). Recommended you guys to tried it and suffer.
Totally agree with you, Mamee Ghostpepper is the most spicy (I would say pain) instant noodle I have ever eat. And yes its is a whole new level compare to Korea spicy chicken noodle and Pedas Giler.
as a malaysian, i eat the maggi tom yum like it's stir fried noodles. after boiling the noodles, drain it and then add the spice packet into the pot and cook the noodles with a few tbsp of water for about 30s. ah this is bringing me down memory lane! i hope i can find this in australia haha

Normal maggi pedas giler actually sedap with a little bit spiciness and you can still enjoy it but not the 2x spicy😂
Pedas giler在mco 期间因为没有其他的选择下购买回家, 然后就成了我和室友的最爱了
pedas giller 的其实蛮好吃的。虽然很辣，可是会引起你的味蕾，一口接一口吃完。
+1，主要是他还吃得到里头一些其他香料的味道，不像那些鬼椒死神椒那些，吃一口就不想吃，痛死你。

as a malaysian, i eat the maggi tom yum like it's stir fried noodles. after boiling the noodles, drain it and then add the spice packet into the pot and cook the noodles with a few tbsp of water for about 30s. ah this is bringing me down memory lane! i hope i can find this in australia haha

As malaysian 2x spicy is too much for me. I can easily handle the ordinary pedas giler or samyang but 2x is a big no no. The spice level is out of this world haahaha
