It’s a big device.
I bought the 300W GaN charger after watching this video…bought on Amazon…second port is dead and they are stalling. Had it since sept 23…been about three months…gave receipt then they wanted a video…going on and on. Still not resolved…STAY AWAY!
The second port on mine was dead too. However I got a full refund from Ugreen through Amazon a couple of days after sending them a video showing that it didn't work. I was able to keep the first one with the dead port and bought a second that is working fine. 9 ports for the price of 5. In the end I'm happy with the customer service and the result in the end. I'll be keeping an eye on the new unit to make sure it stays working, so I can just deal with Amazon if it breaks.
I sent the same video....ugreen told me to pound sand....amazon refunded. that was it. Bought the Anker 240 on Black Friday for $97 am thrilled with it, I trust Anker. Glad you're happy with yours.@@kelleywesley1110

I called Ugreen and they would not help at all even after showing video and all. Amazon refunded for me. will NEVER buy green no matter how many RUclipsrs they sponsor ... bought from Anker!@@danielheathers1504
+1 on this. Second port dead after 6 months. Avoid this device, is trash.
If you own an iPhone it's not worth it. Iphone software for fast charging sucks they limit out at 22 watts. This is why I have an android phone that can charge up to 120 watts. 0-100 in 7 mins
why didnt you disclose the fact that it is a sponsored video? very unethical.
Not true. It shows a banner thing at the beginning that says it is sponsored and I clearly mention that they sponsored the video. Thanks for watching.
