Absolutely fundamental is this work by Swami Medhananda, to bring Sri Ramakrishna to the center of the exhibitions. The Bhagavad Gita is constantly quoted in the Sri Sri Ramakrishna Kathamrita (a quote opens most chapters of the sections), and having the Bhagavad Gita interpreted through the lens of Sri Ramakrishna's teaching is something that may seem obvious, but in practice is very little. accomplished. Generally speaking, the commentaries are all based on Shankara, and Sri Ramakrishna will often be quoted briefly. In the tradition that bears the name of Thakur, it is necessary that Thakur be the pointing north, the guiding light. And it is Swami Medhananda who these days has been emphasizing this very energetically. May God give you the enthusiasm to continue this work for a long time to come!

I think Swami Medhananda ji would do well to write commentaries on the Brahma Sutras, Bhagavad Gita and Upanisads in the light of Sri Ramakrishna's philosophy.

@@apratimchatterjee2411 Certainly. I think this work will come with time.
Thakur did not usually talk about books, but in the Kathamrita I remember seeing him talk about only two: Narada Bhakti Sutras and the life of Caitanya.
I think that these books also deserve special attention.

Really sad to see how swami medhananda is trying to put forward the view that sri aurobindo came to realize uttamam rahasyam of gita through ramakrishna and he interprets gita consciously and deliberately in view of Ramakrishna dev's ideals (although not mentioning his name) rather than coming to this realization on His own spiritual practice and tapasya. Gita was published in Arya where Sri Aurobindo writing three or four different kind of books simultaneously to formulate the Integral yoga. Now the fact is he definitely get hints about the path and goal of integral yoga from Sri Ramakrishna but the actual effort and manifestation had been done by Him which far surpasses the synthetic ideas of Sri Ramakrishna. A logical next step in evolution from where Sri Ramakrishna left the earth. They both are Avatara fulfilling the Supreme Will.
Saying assumtuous ideas like sri aurobindo did not put the name of Sri Ramakrishna and Swamiji deliberately to make gita out of controversy is really an insult to this Great Teacher.
