I feel like the most popular ships are the least likely relationships. It's always couples with little known interactions that you wouldn't expect to be together that you find out are dating. Fans tend to look up videos of idols glancing at each other or wearing similar clothes and automatically assume they're dating and stand by their ship til it's sunk by dispatch. (That alone is a crazy thing to make an assumption of anyways) But I feel like idols will try to be as conspicuous as possible and make an effort not have obvious interactions with others esp if they are dating.

I feel like the most popular ships are the least likely relationships. It's always couples with little known interactions that you wouldn't expect to be together that you find out are dating.
Fans tend to look up videos of idols glancing at each other or wearing similar clothes and automatically assume they're dating and stand by their ship til it's sunk by dispatch. (That alone is a crazy thing to make an assumption of anyways)

Most of the deep rooted fear of publicly announcing idol-idol relationships is because of BaekYeon. Like in 2014, most SNSD members revealed their relationships (Yoona x Lee Seunggi, Sooyoung x Kyungho, Tiffany x Nickhun, Yuri x Oh Seunghwan) which were all well received but Baekhyun and Taeyeon received the most backlash, so bad that it's got to the point where female idols feels self conscious when their relationship is made public. I love the idea of fans helping their idols hide their relationships. Like it is sad that they have to hide their relationship, but that is the kind of fans these idols deserve, ones who will protect them from scandal (especially since they should be dating and be happy like the rest of us).

It's true. Tbh, there is a pattern of each idol who is dating. Just like what SNSD said abt heechul, why he prefer to spread false rumor abt he loving same gender, it's all to hide his dating. So, if member suddenly aggressive to show you more skinship with member ship, that's one of the patterns. It's proved already. Fansite also know it well, but they keep it in secret because they dun want their idol's career to be ruined by. But sometimes, some of them choose to leave. But well, in the end of the day, they all are human, and deserve to be loved and falling in luv. From the beginning I always support my group members dating, because they are just like my own brothers. I even want to see them wedding and live happily with their own family. 😊❤
he never spread it though. that was a joke since they're really close. rumours about him started because of his androgynous appearance and he only denied them a few times rather than every time, because he thinks it'd be rude to lgbtq+ ppl to vehemently deny it as if it were something bad, when it isn't, i.e. he doesn't want to hurt anyone since he's an ally, so he just lets people joke about him.
Idols date just the way teens do. They are always afraid to get caught.

No. Let them decide whatever they want. They can be successful and dating at the same time. This behaviour is what caused problems and making idols afraid to tell that they are dating.

I guess the reason not many people caught heechul and momo dating was because heechul is on a lot of shows where they talk about how idols get caught dating and knows what not to do so they won't get caught lol
