So for the ones of you that don’t know and are curious: I have two Tool guitar covers uploaded already (Pneuma and Schism) and I’d love to do another one! I was thinking about right in two, vicarious or this track right here invincible. If you have any suggestions let me know I’d love to hear your input on which tool song I should cover next!
@@JanisKlinnert Ah cool du bist aus Deutschland seh ich grad. Sehr nice. Ja Right in Two ist definitiv einer der Besten. Wäre auf jeden Fall cool, wenn du ein Cover machst. Sehe Tool am 17.05 in Köln auch zum ersten Mal live. Hab schon richtig Bock
Johnny Silverhand Ach cool du auch! :D ja ich glaub right in two isn geiler song für n cover! Viel Spaß auf jeden Fall in Köln! (Da bin ich lustiger Weise geboren :D) Wird dir mit Sicherheit mega gefallen!
Dude i love the album!! Not one bad song on there imo. Yeah sure highs and lows but dude pneuma? Invincible? Descending? Classics already! I loved pneuma so much when it came out I even made a cover of it haha! Awesome songs!
its not that the songs are bad, but the songs are too long and the intermission tracks are a waste of space on the disc. they shouldve released it with a wider variety of songs on there. Just compare that album to the ones we got from Tool before that.
@@DiamondDead basically every Tool album is full of "extra fat"...... PLENTY pointless tracks on "10 000 Days" and even "Lateralus" gets pretty boring after the title track
If you pay attention to the lyrics of this album Fear Inoculum it was released four months before the pandemic if you listen to Fear inoculum, Tempest, Pneuma, Descending, culling voices they are all about the pandemic. It’s amazing how this album came out moments before this deadly pandemic terrorized our world. Just read the words and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.. One of the best albums released in a long time
@@JanisKlinnert it was amazing man !!! The artwork .. the songs !! The sound !!! one of a kind ! it was a concert for your mind ! 🤩🤩 greetings from Sweden ! your video is awesome and sonds amazing ! Well done ☺️
Hey thanks for the link to your guitar channel! I'm just getting back to playing again, and I like all of the tutorials, covers, and gear. Just got a new ESP EC-10, and Boss Katana Amp. Thanks. I subscribed.
Stringer13ell I WISH they would make that and name it exactly that! Let’s hope someone at Disney sees this :D the world needs a Star Wars tool mashup right now.
I think they played fear inoculum, sober, the grudge, pushit, descending, pneuma, culling voices, the pot, right in two and invincible (obviously). And I think that was it…
So I found the full setlist: Set 1 01. Litanie contre la Peur 02. Fear Inoculum 03. Sober 04. The Pot 05. Pushit 06. Pneuma 07. The Grudge 08. Right in Two 09. Descending 10. Hooker With a Penis Set 2 11. Chocolate Chip Trip 12. Culling Voices 13. Invincible
It was the last song of the evening and Maynard allowed everyone to take out their phone and take pics and film it and stuff so that’s why there so many phones. The rest of the night I didn’t see a single phone! Which I really liked to be honest! No need to pay that much for a show and then watch it through your phone.. definitely with you on that one!
@@JanisKlinnert Thats good to hear. As a performer myself and when I am an audience member, the presence of even one obvious phone can change the group engagement. Glad you all loved the show
Only for the last song. For a majority of the show there is a strict no phone policy. I saw tool years ago during the Lateralus tour and no one owned a phone back then, so it was a sea of black. Every eye ball glued to the stage. It was so beautiful back then going to shows. No distractions 😊
Yeah Tool is Kinda strict with that.but I totally get it. Kinda ruins the atmosphere when there’s nothing but phones. Everyone’s staring on they’re stupid screen and not annoying the show. You’re welcome!
Just seen these in Manchester, I have to say I Love this band but was very underwhelmed with their performance after waiting nearly 10 years to see them. Not sure if it was the setlist or it was a seating only venue or Maynard sounding off, or a combination of all 3. Danny killed it as always though 10/10 performance from him
Maybe he’s had a bad day or something… but it’s true the guys are not getting younger and touring is pretty exhausting for the voice! But I hope you had a great show nevertheless
Yeah unfortunately! I’m really not sensitive when it comes to that but I don’t like it when it’s beyond what the human ear can take you know? That thing that happens when your ears distort and you can’t really tell anything apart. But nevertheless great show!!
Chris Artrip Awesome!! My dad was with me and he was on tons of concerts and he said to me it was by far the loudest concert he’d ever seen. And we both aren’t overly sensitive to volume. My dad Has Bose 901 speaker (which are super loud but sound awesome) and I play a 100w tube head with a 412 which is really loud aswell! But I don’t blame the band for that! Maybe it was our seats, maybe it was the PA of the arena hard to tell but the band on stage sure were not able to tell! Kind of unfortunate but the concert was great nonetheless!! Wouldn’t wanna have missed it!
I love how the audience is so quiet during the song, one thing i hate is to hear some dude singing the whole concert like he's performing!! 🙄🙄 the last thing i want to hear after paying to see Tool is YOU singing to the top of your lungs!!! Its why i stopped going to see them, seriously, and it SUCKS!!
Danke Dir!

many don't appreciate it now...... but mark my words....... this album will age beautifully

We are so blessed for this band TOOL to be doing this after all these years, going to see them again in Manchester in June 1st 2024.. cant wait.
Being there was definitely one of the best things that have happened to me in a long time... I mean it that way.
I cannot agree more dude!
Yeah especially after lockdown!
My first Tool concert experiment. Incredible!
KLAUS SCHLICHTING awesome man! Same here! So great to see my heroes on stage!! And then having them deliver this level of performance!
Saw them at an outdoor festival....now I HAVE to see them in an arena.
One of my best live experiences ever.
You have just witnessed one of the greatest bands of All time!!! We are blessed 🙏
I was there, too. And absolutely unforgettable evening!
I agree!! Great Show!
I'm going tonight .....can't fukking wait 😊

Fantastic tour. Saw them in both Copenhagen and Prague :)
Ok you had me at "scrolling star wars words at the beginning!" Yeah this performance is on point! Just start all your vids with that method. Fresh!
I agree! great job of the boys! And I'm glad you liked the Star Wars words at the beginning! I'll keep that in mind for future videos! ;)
I was waiting for 15 years to see it
Awesome!!
Absolutely amazing. My favorite of theirs. You were lucky to be there! Glad you loved it.
Agreed! Best band to get out of the lockdown with! ;)
Hi Janis,
thanks for the video! It's AWESOME and I believe it was 1000x times better in live.
You’re welcome!! And yes It was!! That light show was just insane. Added so much the atmosphere!
I saw them a couple of days ago here in Stockholm, Sweden …best concert ever! 🤩🤩🤘 que pedazo de concierto !!!

Yes!! Great username by the way!
Saw them in BOS! Mind-blowing!
Nice!
Thanks for the good video! Looks like it was a packed venue!
Yeah it was pretty packed!! I think 12.000 people roughly. Not quite sold out but close to. I think the other German shows all were sold out!

Episode X: The Grudge of the Sith

Brilliant, but a tradgedy to see so many phones getting in the way of being at one with the band. Very sad to see this

The Shack Collaborations yes! It’s really weird being on stage and just looking into a see of phones.I get why artists don’t really want that.

I didn't knew about that.. they don't allow to filming ??
anyway, thanks for this drop man !!!

it should be the rule at all concerts - they simply get in the way for others trying to enjoy the moment.
i hate that they didn't allow to record the concert, but i understand that they just want ppl to enjoy the music so fair enough... lml
