    Controlling oil usage controls weight ...also usage of butter , ghee,cheese also ..control needed...plz be aware of all these .. ,having 8 to 9 hrs of sleep controls weight too ..

      Yes, you are right. All these I ensure. but oil usage though its not on higher side, it is not on very lower side too. I feel carbs are main culprit too. Anyway thankyou for the suggestion 🙂
