Pagani Design PD 1731 - The Budget Dress Watch?

In this video, I'll be reviewing the Pagani Design PD1731, a watch that pays homage to the Grand Seiko SBGW283.
It's got sapphire crystal, 38mm dial, Seiko Mecha Quartz movement, Screw down crown, Stainless Steel case that sets you up for a nice formal occasion.
