The house and the pool are 100% independent there is no house attached anywhere. There is only y the house and the garage and outside entertainment area, plus the pool pump house.
Where is it located exactly? I also noticed in the link that the furniture is not included in the asking price. What about the appliances? Are they included?
Some of the furniture will be staying and some not, the owners have not entirely decided, the suite is definitely not included and the fridge and freezer in the dispensary is not included. However I think that the rest of the appliances are included.
The reason I asked is because i am going to build a house in central Portugal on the coming years and it will be a 250 m2 home which is smaller then this one and only for the house it self i am thinking it will be around the 300 thousand euros. Thanks for the response.
The most important question, how far is this to a MAJOR hospital. Not the health centers, not the hospital in Leiria, a major hospital. You suffer a cardiac arrest or a stroke, you don’t want to have to transfer to a major hospital.
