What size is the suction cup? and what is the minimum recommended distance between the two when mounting. The reason I ask is trying to fit on a motorcycle aluminum saddlebag.
@@rgv_sixspd2543 check out our feed for some good examples. Regardless of vehicle if you are concerned about the paint you could always place some round vinyl ‘patches’ and put the suction cups on the patches
Unfortunately we have seen that , that’s why we give the warning in the instructions. I know other customers have been able to get it out with washing / waxing. I have never seen it myself. You can put vinyl circles on the paint to protect it. Just remind circles from a wrap shop
@@uribegabe8440 late reply, but I was able to remove the suction cup ring marks with Isopropyl Alcohol 91% and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Weird combo I know, but it worked GREAT for me. ***ONLY USE what YOU think works best for your vehicles paint***. Hopefully that helps you out.
So watching this and after spending 120 dollars on this should I be concerned about daily use with this flag pole? I'm hoping this isn't a onve in a while pole...
Man I'm so disappointed in Bad Flag. I'd been seeing their videos all over the place, and finally broke down and bought one. It came in last week and it's 100% junk. There's absolutely no way this thing will last on my car or truck. There's no trick to keeping it on the vehicle (like a secret way to get the suction cups to release) so theft is absolutely likely, and the suction cups stick terribly. There's no way I would trust this thing on my vehicle or boat. What an expensive disappointment. They have their Facebook reviews turned off - which I should have realized meant that I shouldn't have wasted my money.
So it’s 100% junk because there isn’t theft prevention ? They seem to work awesome for thousands of our customers, what kind of vehicle do you have that makes it that they won’t work?!
Thank you! Easy to follow! 😎👍 Fixed it! 👍👍
What's up with the small foam plugs in the suction cup & extra ones in the bag of screws supplied?

6” suction cups. Just as long as they aren’t touching each other or an edge of another surface
Can I use the suction cup on ceramic coated surfaces?
I seen one video about the temperatures but I can’t find it again. Is there any different way to install the poll in the cold?
So you shouldn’t have to install them differently; they do still work in the cold.
Just make sure to take them down if it’s snowing or extra windy.
Any issues with discoloration on corvettes when installing these since they are fiberglass
Only discoloration issues we have seen are light colored plastic. Like the bumpers on newer vettes. Just be cautious.
@@BadFlagcom I have torch red C6. Any good spots u recommend to mount it ?

@@BadFlagcom thanks for the tip. Already got mine in. I’ll share it once it’s on the car
My truck has those 4x4 side stickers on the back, you think that may cause it to lose suction? If so I’ll probably need to remove them
Ya I would avoid putting the suction cups over stickers or anything that could cause them to lose a perfect deal 🤘🇺🇸
Yea from experience, the badflag will not suction good to any decals
What do we do if the pad leaves a mark on the car ?

Is it damaging to the flag if the flag gets wet?
Not sure about damaging the flag, but it will potentially damage the pole due to the increased weight.

I fly mine 24/7. Just gotta pay attention to the cups and take care of them
@@BadFlagcom figured as much, already bought some of the lube. Can't wait to see this bad boy in action

Sounds like you are just salty. I have taken mine to 120 plus and they held just fine
