Done as soon as you blazed up. Love your nail Polish. Peace, love and respect my music loving sister❤
What is quite incredible is that Gary Moore was left-handed but played like a right-handed person.
This solo is a master class on how to play an electric guitar. passion, technique, virtuosity
Gary Moore is the greatest guitarist to ever live R.I.P GARY MOORE
Probably the greatest guitar solo ever caught on film
he was not from this planet....human cannot play this good
He is up there above the rest. There is no one who can set free the soul of the instrument like he did.
So True! His soul played out...
👌🎼
Gary moore is a legend that we will never see like him again .never out of tune always in control of a massive les paul tone.the man is amazing .rip my hero.🙏🙏🙏⚘🙏🎸🎸🎸❤❤❤❤🌹⚘⚘🙏🙏🙏
Yes its not only a Les Paul but probably the most famous Les Paul in existence. Originally owned by Peter Green (Fleetwood Mac), then Gary Moore and now owned by Kirk Hammett of Metallica. Affectionately known as 'Greenie'
Some of Musics True Giants have played that Guitar. Rory Gallagher, BB King, Muddy Waters and none other than Jimi Hendrix and i'm sure there are more.
What does it mean exactly they are not making the guitars as they used to?
Peter didn't flip the coil on the neck pickup until Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac was pretty much over. The neck pickup was already turned with the screws facing the bridge before the screw coil was turned upside-down.
@stephensmith4480 I played that guitar right after Maverick Music bought it from Gary at the Dallas International Guitar Festival/Show at Market Hall
@@phillipward8776 Wow, that is a true privilege my friend 👍👍
Try Gary Moore ‘ The Loner’ live , Stockholm 1987.
_O_ YES _O_
He is not in Hall of FAME because he did not sell commercial records. His skills were not in records but live performances
Saw the great Roy Buchanan play this at the Orpheum Theater in Boston, 1972.
There will never be a guitarist like GM. He was the undisputed king of Blues-Rock. the king of the rock ballad. guest of honor at the Motreux Festival in Switzerland. But curiously he never performed in the USA. The most incredible thing is that Rolling Stone magazine did not even consider him in the ranking of the 50 best guitarists of all time.
Please watch Gary playing 'seperate ways' live..... Absolute precision.
With that awesome intro included of course. One of my favorites of guitar mastery.
Oh baby girl.. Please, please, please... React to Gary Moore "Empty Rooms" live in Stockholm 1987. Is a great video of Gary's voice and his amazing guitar skills. I was lucky enough to see Gary in concert twice. He played every song with his entire soul. He will never be matched.
Check out another brilliant irish guitarist called Rory Gallagher. And the song bad Penny live at Montreux. 10 mins of guitar brilliance also. 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
Bull frog blues live is another good one by Rory and lets not leave out anotheer great guitarist opf Irish decent Roy Buchannon who wrote the Messiah will come again
Gary is not nor ever has been Irish
He was called 'the lord of the strings' these are masterpieces! Parrisienne walkways is my favorite! R.I.P. Gary
A cover of the great Telecaster master Roy Buchanan.
Only be 1 Gary Moore pass this way , Yes Miss ‘a Les Paul Greeny 🙏🎼
Gary Moore's Parisienne Walkways PLEASE !!!!!
I was very lucky to see Gary live and he blew everyone away, as he always did. A unique musician taken from us far too soon.
One of my favourite guitarist
He is left handed who learnt to play right hand
The looner live in Stockholm -------- what a masterpiece !
Listen Gary Moore Empty Room live from Stockholm. It has great emotional solos 🙂
💯% Recommended 👍👍
This man Feels the music, Genius !!!!!
You not only picked a good one you picked one of the greatest guitar performances any man has ever laid down. Also his drummer Graham Walker
is playing the drums beautifully in this.
Nobody ever mentions what a handsome sexy, powerful man Gary was besides him being a musical genius. I'm glad you got it 👍
The Real Guitar Man!
Met him in 2004. Legend
What's really crazy is that Gary Moore wasn't in Rolling Stone's top 250 guitarists !!
Rolling stone magazine....what do those hacks know....nothing! 🤣
His guitar was called Greeny because Gary got it from Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac.
In 2014, Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett purchased Greeny from guitar dealer Richard Henry for "less than $2 million"
He is playing a '59 Les Paul, and famous because it was once owned by the guy who influenced Gary Moore and considered one of the best Blues guitarists to come out of the UK, namely Peter Green! However, a guitar is just a tool, and Gary Moore shows us his skill, talent and mastership, as probably in my opinion as at least one of the best three Electric guitar payers to have come out of Britain.
the hendrix cover of red house at the fender show .. think it was the 50th anniversary of the strat ... he plays his 61 red strat ...still the best guitar player i ever heard and felt ....
Gary Moore is in my opinion one of the best. I have always loved his music. His ability to make you feel emotions is awesome. Parisienne walkways is another amazing song by Gary Moore. Joe Satriani is another incredible guitarist (The most successful solo guitarist ever). Would you react to his song "Flying in a blue dream"? The live version is amazing.
Gary Moore was just awesome!
But I have a name for you : Roy Buchanan
You'll see/hear the probably most underrated guitar player ever and the creator of this song!
My 3 favorite guitarists come together here....Gary Moore playing a Roy Buchanan song on Peter Green's guitar. Mindblowing!!!!
Hi Sky , dunno if you have listened to pink floyd ,
High hopes
Comfortably Numb
Wish you were here
Great gig in the Sky ❤
Coming back to life
All from the PULSE concert
The solos are incredibly moving , I know you like guitar with your reactions to the king Gary Moore
Hope you check them out , out of this world , tell me I'm wrong haha 😂
I've seen Gary live a few times and everytime it's mind blowing. We all miss him dearly. One of my all time greatest influences on my own playing. Massive talent to behold in our lifetimes. Great reaction. Goosebumps city!
react to gary doing RED HOUSE will blow you away
Watch him play Red House by Hendrix at the 50th strat anniversary gig my god even when he got older he still had it and apparently he was the only one that got a standing ovation. Try that out you wont be disappointed.
gary is the best blues player in the world
gary moore and bb king - the thrill is gone live 1992 , parissienne walkways live montreaux 2010 some of his best work
His guitar was strung with heart❤strings. What a genius!❤
Gary Moore not just plays the guitar, he makes love to it.
Also check out Rory Gallagher "Shadow Play" live at Montreux 1979.
The best part is he can keep your attention.... Time passes without you noticing it while he plays. Never a moment of boring... just total excitement.
Gary didn't do boring, he left that for EC.
A legend and inspiration taken from us too soon 😢 the emotion that Mr Moore can convey through his playing is just phenomenal 🙌 his instrumental track the "loner" paints pictures of someone looking back at their journey through life as if walking along a deserted road it's just the ability he had when he played one amazing performance to watch is from the "one night in Dublin, tribute to Phil lynott " when he and another "thin lizzy" member Scott Gorham play a trio back to back tunes "black rose/cowboy song and finish with the boys are back in town 🙌 and if your like to see probably the greatest tribute to the late Mr Moore check out Tommy johannson from Sabaton his covers of Gary Moore's tracks are phenomenal ❤ to you and your family and friends have a fantastic Christmas and amazing New year 👍 thank you for a fantastic reaction post 👏 stay safe take care all the very best from Scotland to you 👍 👊
Gary Moore - Parisienne walkways Montreaux 2010 next!!
Sky! I've been a musician since 1963 and I've heard many of the greats live including Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck, BB King and many more. IMHO Gary Moore is the greatest guitar player that ever lived and this particular recording is the greatest guitar performance ever recorded. Every note is impeccably selected, even those in his blazing fast runs. Each note was played masterfly and absolutely perfectly. This is a flawless performance.
Watch Gary Moore play "Jazz intro which leads into the song separate ways" an absolute master class just don't take your eyes of his hands it is phenomenal
For sure this song for me is more about the feeling and hanging on beautiful notes....crying with the guitar. But hey, he has great technique also!! He was and is unique - no one else comes close to tone, and feeling! 😍 Thank you Sky, great reaction!
Only the original writer/player does....Roy Buchanan. Gary Moore, to me, is an amalgamation of Roy Buchanan, Peter Green and Rory Gallagher.
The absolute best. Power , Emotion , Control , Speed and whatever else. There will never be another.
Gary Moore was the best a blues legend
If I recall that was a cover of A Roy Buchanan instrumental, another great guitarist, Gary did him justice ! You need to check out Frank Marino of Mahogany Rush !
Gary owned this performance, Roy was great, but this performance was way out of Roy's league.
Frank Marino is freakin' awesome! He's right up there with Gary and Stevie.
Hi sky, love your reactions try gary Moore Red House shredding his fender strat fucking epic 😎
Wow just Wow....and gary was pretty Wow also!
The Messiah ain't the only one that will come again watching Sky LOL
And again,And again,🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
One of the top 5 guitar players of all time why look at this video this is a legend this is Gary Moore love your reaction Sky
I really enjoyed your reaction to this masterpiece. This composition has no words but seams to say so much. It must be an incredible experience to, write and play something that, to me comes from deep within his soul. What an amazing talent he was. I had the pleasure of seeing him play live, on two occasions and was spellbound at how he made playing a guitar look so easy. Im glad you enjoyed it, Sky. R.I.P Gary Moore. Your musical talent will live on for many many years.
Greatest guitarist of all time.
red house fender 50th anniversity, live and awesome, on you tube
The version he did with Billy Cox and Mitch Mitchell at the Blues for Jimi concert is just as good
Did you feel the heat honey? 🎉🎉🎉It's the fingers that's make the job. Not the Les Paul. He is able to make that sound even with a hammer...
Impressed by your reaction to one of my all-time guitar heroes. Subscribed. I would suggest a Gary Moore song that many people overlook; "I Can't Wait Until Tomorrow", which is a live version, from the Corridors of Power tour. His guitar solo (on a Fender Strat) will touch your soul. Very powerful.
Best guitarist to ever walk the earth. Saw him lots of times live. No one will ever match the emotion, fire and feeling. The man could play anything. He played prog in the late 60s early 70s with Skid Row. He did hard rock with Thin Lizzy, did jazz-fusion with Collusseum II, did Evita with Madonna, did recordings with Andrew Lloyd Webber and played as a back up musican for Greg Lake. Gary in the 80s, was a true hard rock guitar hero. In the 90s and 2000s he was the blues master. Anything from Gary Moores Stockholm show in 1987 will do. There he is on his 80s guitar-hero peak. Here he is, doing Phil Lynotts "Military Man" ruclips.net/video/WYE-UdU5wFs/видео.html
Gary Moore song recommendations are
Parisienne Walkways,
Empty Rooms,
The Loner,
Still In Love With You,

The Loner live in Stockholm 1987,is amazing, but you should also see Shapes of Things, live in Ireland 1984,from his earlier days to really see him shred!
Shapes of Things for that show and the live album, We Want Moore,is amazing
Sky, check out Gary Moore: The Loner Live in Stockholm.Simply incredible!!
whan gary plays the guitar the tears roll off
the best solo of all time
You are very beautiful, I love your style your reaction
Dear Rolling Stone Magazine, the fact that Gary Moore did not make your recent 250 guitarists of all time list proved once and for all that you are tone deaf!
Simply the greatest guitarist to ever grace this world!
Its not not a studio version this was life on stage at the Montreux Jazz festival in Switzerland
6th Feb2011 he left to play the great gig in the sky 6th Feb this suggestion came up on my watch video
Now that you got a good taste check out live in Montreal Parisiean walkways. Another masterpiece. Also he started out as rock and roll with thin Lizzie then played with ginger baker and jack bruce called BBM. Also check that out city of gold
It was a very popular song for slow dancd in my youth. Many girls I've dance on it with said it gave them vibrations in their belly.
Yes, he did play very sexy 😍

What a gift for humanity. Rock in Peace. Happy 🎄 y'all. Greetings from 🇮🇹🇧🇪🇪🇺
That's the greeny les paul
Love that you reacted to Gary Moore. There are quite a few live GM vids, my favs are Parisienne Walkways (both lives are great but the Montreux Jazz Fest. version) and for his best Fender Strat song, him doing Hendrix's Red House is off the charts!
My personal first intro to Gary was when he joined Thin Lizzy for the album Black Rose., he’s official second time in the band but my first.
You could just hear something special , then his solo stuff stared hitting and it was good.
I would imagine there’s plenty of comments about his famous Gibson, Les Paul guitar.
He did a album “Blues for Greenie” It’s dedicated to the guitars original owner
Parisienne Walkways 🔥🔥🔥🔥
👋
Nice reaction . Hope all good.
I Correct myself. it is live in montreux where he does Parisian walkways
Hi Sky Pete from the UK. Love the site just found you. I was lucky enough to see Gary live several times before his untimely death. What a waste. R&R hall of fame definitely. I’ll send some recommendations of other British artists you might like, although you probably don’t want to hear from an old British rocker like me. I’ll do it anyway.
Beautiful Song
You are beautiful. Gary's playing was beautiful too.
In the book
Linda,,,,,,,,Gary Moore para mim é o maior guitarrista ao lado de Jimi Hendrix The history,,,,, beijos,,, linda
The Gary Moore song "One Day" will take your breath away.
