But I would like to point out that the eye texture is wrong, the pupils are on top of the eyelids because the XY models use an alpha mask over the pupil to make it fit.
XY pokemon models have this alpha mask inside the textures folder which you can use to reproduce the alpha mask effect.
Sometimes, the model rips include a "merged" eye texture that you can use to replace the eyelid texture. In this case, the Bulbasaur model includes the merged eye texture, so you would have to delete the overlapping eyes mesh and its "Material_13", then replace the texture "pm0001_00_Eye1" inside "material_11" with "pm0001_00_Eye1_Merged".
