Unfortunately i have one criticism, it seems like you diddnt cup the hands during the startup of the technique, however everything else is pretty good!
Looks great! But one criticism- the kamehameha starts a bit early. Try moving it 1 or 2 frames later, so that the momentum of the hand movement is "translated" into the beam. But otherwise, great work!
